Staff is friendly and the place is really nice and relaxing with the private pool. good location too !

I booked this hotel for the first time and it gives me a wonderful experience. First, I requested for a early check-in via Whatapp one day in advance. The staff inform me it is subjected to the room availability. Yes I respect that. But during the actual day of check-in... Wow the counter lady makes my day. She let me check-in at 12.30pm instead when I arrived early. Secondly, every time I go out of the hotel and come back to the hotel, I was greeted by the security at the main door. Wow impressive. The room that I stay was clean and the space is big. Unlike other hotel that I always stay gives me unpleasant smell and noise. That's why I give it a try on this hotel for my first time. I will stay here again next month. The location is good. You don't even have to take a grab to go grand Batam mall because the mall is just beside this hotel. Overall is fantastic. My 3days 2night stay is so wonderful. Thanks everyone for giving me such a wonderful experience. Kelvin Singapore

Room will good and comfortable, even comes with a coffee machine for daily necessities(Towels, Soap, toothbrushes bottled water and coffee) it was very convenient, as you can request from the staff, and they will deliver it to your room

Our recent stay at Oakwood Batam was truly enjoyable. We were very impressed with the warm hospitality, friendly and attentive staff, and the overall comfort of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. We also appreciated the excellent service throughout our stay and the staff’s genuine effort to make us feel welcome. தூய்மை: மிகவும் சிறப்பு போக்குவரத்து வசதி: படாம் சென்டர் ஃபெர்ரி முனையத்திலிருந்து (Batam Centre Ferry Terminal) நடந்து செல்லும் தொலைவில் வெறும் 5 நிமிடங்கள் மட்டுமே சேவை: மிகவும் சிறப்பு ஹோட்டல் அமைவிடம்: மிகச் சிறப்பானது, கிராப் (Grab) மூலம் செல்வது எளிது, மேலும் விருந்தினர்களை அழைத்துச் செல்ல ஹோட்டலிலேயே ப்ளூ பேர்ட் (Blue Bird) டாக்ஸி சேவையும் உடனடியாகக் கிடைக்கின்றன.

our room looks like old due to the door of the toilet cannot be closed properly, the sliding door going to the pool so hard to close. cleanliness also could improve. it looks like the bed did not change the mattress and duvet. but the staff are very accommodating.

Best hotel with comfortable bed and good breakfast. Everything was maintained well and clean. Will definitely come back again.

It was a great stay at Batam View! Great food at Wangi Melati Cafe and breakfast buffet was really worth it. Would definitely come back to try out the activities :) Shuttle bus from Nongsapura Ferry Terminal was very convenient too! Highly recommended!!

Wonderful stay.. Room was nice breakfast is wonderful.. Its facing the baech.. U can do activity such as cycling n etc.. Theres a nearby restaurant called treehouse.. Was amazing overlooking the sea.. Was crowded n food were fantastic
