Front office staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. Room was made available to us 1 hr before check in time. Room was clean and with standard amenities. Location just 5 mi s walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Opposite hotel is a shopping mall that have a variety of food options, hypermarket, Starbucks, bakery etc.

Very friendly reception. Keep our bicycle properly in the store. Surprised us with a box of wonderful chocolates and juice. Able to late check out due to our late return of our ride.b

Always stayed here when im in batam. Simple clean cozy room. Exactly next door to ferry batam centre terminal. And opp mega mall. Perfect location. Service is great too.

The hotel is literally beside (next door) the Batam Centre ferry terminal, so it was very convenient for us. And Mega Mall is just opposite the hotel. It is also very easy and convenient to go places with GrabCar. We enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel Batam Centre (first time in a hotel with bolsters which help with good sleep 😅) and the good service and hospitality of its staff. We will not hesitate to stay here again.
