The room was perfect, as expected. Asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled great as I entered the room. Had a great rest and I will definitely return the next time I am in Batam.

Prefect hotel if you are ever in Batam, just a few minutes walk to the best shopping mall in Batam - Grand Batam Mall as well as popular A2 Foodcourt and BCS Mall. Impeccable service, clean and spacious rooms, highly recommended!

This is a solid stay. Close to ATM and shops if needed. Air conditioning wasn’t strong if working and there was a little mold on the sink that I think was messing with my allergies. Also it is not sound proof lol. But the staff were nice, the room design was cool, and I felt generally safe.

The bathroom was locked in the middle of the night from inside… when called the reception, only got response after several calls and after 10mins
