Makeup room service needs to be improved. One morning, I waited till 11.45am for makeup room and need to call for the makeup room service. Also realized that room was not vacuum for my 17 nights stayed during the makeup room service. Also noted that makeup room service like to wait till i am back from breakfast therefore coming to makeup my room. Because i think they expect tips.

While the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a facelift the location is A++. Breakfast buffet is a bit lacking relative to other nearby hotels I’ve stayed at but great value for money nonetheless. The staff were really nice especially those working the breakfast shift.

Great hotel and is always my favorite one to stay. Nice and comfortable to stay here, shopping malls and eateries is all around this hotel and within walking distance. Friendly receptionist and staff of this hotel, especially Shalbrina always never let me down. Try this hotel’s hospitality if you anyone wish to visit Batam.

This hotel is my regular stay in Batam and I only stay here no matter how many days due to all the friendly staff and management personnel because they’re always great, willing to help especially the receptionist. I have to specially praised Shalbrina one of the front desk receptionist been always helpful and friendly always fulfill my request and never let me down so she must be praised individually and I hope the hotel management might give her some kind of a special gratitude and bonus. I’ll visit this hotel soon and see her again. Thank you again to Shalbrina
