Easy redemption and comfortable ride. The Skyliner ticket redemption was quick and easy. The staff were helpful, and the process was smooth with no hassle. The train was clean, comfortable, and fast, making the trip from Narita to Tokyo very convenient. Highly recommended!

Ticket collection is extremely easy and convenient with the QR code in your confirmation email. Just scan it at the machine and ticket will come out automatically in a second. Highly recommended for all visiting Tokyo!

Definitely add this one to your must do list. We arrived early and spent the whole day out exploring. The weather was not the greatest at times, but we did manage to see Mt Fuji which was an added bonus. Black eggs were delicious. Highly recommend.

If I hadn't booked the Narita Express, it would have been very difficult given the distance from the airport to my destinations (Tokyo Station, Shinjuku). 😀 If you're booking, it's a good idea to research online beforehand how to select your seat on the day of use after purchasing a round-trip ticket. A helpful tip if you miss your train: for the Narita Express, there are usually plenty of seats, so you can just board the next train and sit in an empty seat. If you have a reserved seat, you can simply move to another available seat! (I didn't want to find this out, but I missed my reserved train on the last day and learned this when the ticket checker on the train kindly pointed out an empty seat, allowing me to happily finish my trip! 👍)

I took the airport limousine from Hotel ikebukuro to Narita Airport. The hotel had a clear sign for the airport limousine bus and the hotel staffs were very helpful. The bus arrived on time and the driver proceeded to check our tickets before storing our luggages. The ride took roughly 1 hour (departed at 9.45am) from ikebukuro to Narita airport. I highly recommend using this service to make your life easier on your last day in Japan. I'd rather have a comfortable trip to the airport than to navigate the train stations with my 20-30kg luggages.

Buying round-trip tickets from Shinjuku to Fuji Kawaguchiko via Klook was very convenient and affordable. Arriving at 10:30 AM was perfect for taking beautiful photos of Mount Fuji. After lunch, we returned to Kawaguchiko Station to catch the Fujikyu train to Shimo-Yoshida, but unfortunately, a sudden downpour disrupted our plans, preventing us from continuing our journey. We tried to contact customer service to change our return ticket time, but it wasn't possible, so we had to wait over two hours at the station for our return bus. Luckily, we still managed to visit the Rabbit Shrine, the Kawaguchiko Ropeway, and take a boat ride.

the 2 days pass is worth taking. we took the local train which is only one hour more than limited express. and the frequency of the train is very fast. unlike limited express, although is more comfortable, the ticket has to purchase in advance. the free bus ride allow us to take from station to the shinkyo bridge, then to the temple and back to hotel for 2 days. however, the bus is crowded. sometimes, we walk for short distance instead.

The coach conveniently stops right outside of our hotel. The bus driver helps you with the luggage. Seats were spacious. It was easy to use, just with the scan of our QR code.
