ก่อนจองอ่านจาก คนที่ให้ 1-2ดาวหลายท่ายทำให้กลัวเจอแจ็คพอตอยู่เหมือนกัน แต่การจองในทริปเรา ถือว่าไม่แย่เลย 1.มาตรงเวลา เลทนิดหน่อยแบบว่ารถติดเข้าใจได้ 2.พนักงานขับรถแต่งตัวสุภาพมากๆ เรียกว่าใส่สูท ซับในสีขาว เป็นคนจีน แต่พูอังกฤษได้ดี สุภาพ อธิบายแบบไม่เอาเปรียบลูกค้า ไม่งอแง่ แต่ก็ตรงไปตรงมา ผู้จองควรทำการบ้านดีๆเกี่ยวกับระยะทางที่จัดทริป จะไปเที่ยว ต้องอ่านเงื่อนไขก่อนจองให้ละเอียด เรื่องเวลาก็ต้องรู้ด้วยว่าไปแต่ละที่ใช้เวลาเท่าไหร่ เพราะผิดตามเงื่อนไขจะมีการชาร์ท ทั้งเรื่องเวลาและระยะทาง พนักงานอธิบายให้ฟังจนเข้าใจได้ พนักงานใจเย็น เป็นมิตร พูดจาสุภาพมากๆ และสวยด้วย ขอบคุณสำหรับทริปที่ดีๆ แม่จะไปได้ไม่ครบ เพราะติดเงื่อนไขเวลา ขอบคุณที่พาไปดูซากุระสวยๆกำลังบานพอดี ทริปนี้สนุก โดนชารท์ค่าระยะทางแต่ไม่เกินเวลา พนักงานขับก็คิดตามจริง ตรงไปตรงมา Good ^_^

I am so glad that we book this experience!!! Not only was it super convenient to have our own car, but our driver was excellent. We had a general overview of where we wanted to go, and with his expert recommendations, we were able to get the views and the experience we wanted. At one point, he even took us to the famous Lawson’s, as well as finding us the most beautiful spot with so many cherry blossoms, and Fuji views!! Totally recommend as it changes a generic day trip to Fuji into a personal one that you can customize without feeling rushed.

Lina-san was extremely helpful and ensured we explored the Kawaguchiko area thoroughly. We visited Arakurayama Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, and Oishi Park, covering all the key highlights comfortably. The rental van arrived on time and was very clean. Lina-san is an excellent driver and despite some members of our group being prone to motion sickness, everyone remained comfortable throughout the journey. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to others.

kudos to the driver who was flexible to make amends to the route and made the trip enjoyable and less rush. Brought us to the highest accesible point (available) - 5th Station. This was probably the best part of the 10-hour journey as we were able to sight a few minutes of snow when we alighted from the car! Definitely recommend to utilize this service if you’re looking for a fuss-free and private ride with young kids!

Driver arrived very early and friendly. Easy to communicate though we dont speak japanese. The car ride was comfortable. We saw mt fuji so clearly amd the sakura was beautiful. We didnt shop much at Gotemba but it was a huge outlet. Had a very wonderful experience today.

We had an amazing experience touring Mt. Fuji with David! He was incredibly friendly and kind from the moment he picked us up, and he made the entire day feel relaxed and enjoyable. He created a great itinerary to maximize our day trip and his knowledge of all the best viewpoints and spots around the mountain was very appreciated. We felt well-taken care of the whole time, and the photos we got were unbelievable. Highly recommend touring with David!

Everything was great from start to finish. We had Lina as our driver. She arrived on time at 7am and was very prompt. We customised our route & we hit every spot. We did the Famous Lawson, a view of Lake Kawaguchiko, Oshino Hakkak & Gotemba Outlet within the 10 hours including the commute. There were a total of 13 of us. Lina let us explore on our own in each place. We were able to communicate easily with her as she spoke a little English. Best part is we were able to see Mt. Fuji!!! Thank you for this service. It made seeing Mt. Fuji such a breeze with a family of 13.

Park was a good and polite driver. The vehicle was clean, felt new and spacious. We managed to cover all the key attractions that we wanted to cover. We were blessed that the weather was great and we managed to see Mt Fuji at almost every attraction

Our driver, Akira, was very professional and incredibly kind. Our family had a wonderful time on the Mt. Fuji tour — it was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. The experience was relaxed yet truly memorable. At first, we thought we wouldn’t get a chance to see Mt. Fuji, but we were lucky enough to catch a clear view of the majestic mountain. Akira knew the area well and brought us to the perfect spots for stunning, Instagram-worthy photos. We also got to enjoy a traditional local meal — Hoto noodles — at the famous Hoto Fudo restaurant near Lake Kawaguchiko. It was a unique and hearty experience that added to the authenticity of our trip. We would definitely recommend this service and look forward to booking again when we return to Japan!
