After arriving at NRT, just go to Keisei Skyliner Ticket Area, show your QR code to the person in the counter and they will know what to do. They speak limited but functional English. After that, you will receive your ticket with info about what train car and seat number you have. In Keisei Skyliner Ueno Station, there is a machine that scans QR code and generate a ticket for you so you don’t have to line-up to the ticket purchasing. It’s easy to use. Would recommend!

Very convenient travel option! Klook redemption was simple, though line exchange at Narita was quite long because of weather delays from the day before. The train itself is fast and stress-free with lots of luggage space. Plus, riding the Kenty Skyliner on our return trip to Narita was an awesome surprise!

Very easy to redeem your Skhliner ticket. Just show your qr code to customer service counter and make reservations dor the next available train to Ueno station. For Tokyo subway pass they can be redeemed in all subway station automated machines.

the QR codes were very easy to redeeem. the skyliner counter was very easy to find and there is an option to use the skyliner kiosk as well. for the skyliner, it helps there is seat reservations, and the space is big enough to place a luggage in your seat. the subway tickets can be redeemed at major stations like shunjuku, ueno, etc. very convenient. for the return ticket to narita, just simply book a skyliner schedule in Keisei Ueno station.

the QR codes were very easy to redeeem. we booked the roundtrip skyliner tickets, and 72 hours unli subway tickets. for the skyliner, it helps there is seat reservations, and the space is big enough to place a luggage or handcary in your seat. the subway tickets can be redeemed at major stations like shunjuku, ueno, etc. very convenient.
