I highly recommend this Phantom Island landing and snorkeling tour! I originally booked it for the second day of my trip, but the day before, I received a notification that it couldn't proceed due to strong winds. The shop was very responsible, proactively offering options to change to the Blue Cave or a full refund. In the end, I chose to postpone it by one day, and fortunately, it went ahead as planned, which was incredibly lucky!Phantom Island itself is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear waters and soft sand – definitely a must-visit attraction! The snorkeling spot was near Taketomi Island, and the underwater ecosystem was beautiful. The guide could communicate in English, so there were no communication issues at all. My friend, who was with me, couldn't swim and was a bit worried, but our guide, Hiro, was very professional and attentive. He used a float to guide my friend throughout the snorkeling session, making her feel completely safe and allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind. This experience was absolutely perfect, highly recommended!

This was a private car booking from Klook, and the overall experience was excellent. From clearing customs to the day's activities, the driver was very enthusiastic. We visited Kabira Bay, the lighthouse, and a limestone cave.

The trip was very good. It was very safe and the coaches were very nice. My coach Makoto was very patient and helped us take many photos.

An incredible experience! The team was incredibly professional and spoke English very well. Everything was perfectly organized and explained for the meeting point. It was our first time snorkeling, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the activity. The ghost island was also beautiful to see. A big thank you to Makoto, our guide, for her professionalism and the magnificent photos she took of us!

The coach was very patient in guiding our whole family. At first, my dad was a bit resistant, but with the coach's gentle persuasion, he also completed the activity. We were very lucky to have clear weather and saw many fish and sea turtles. The experience was fantastic.

The customer service staff and driver were very friendly, and we were able to fully customize our desired itinerary, even having restaurants booked for us! On the first day, there was a delay in clearing customs, and I was worried we wouldn't have time to eat, so I immediately contacted customer service. They promptly assisted us, allowing us to successfully enjoy the meal we wanted! Highly recommended! The only minor drawback was that the driver only spoke Japanese, which was a bit of a shame.

The attraction has a relaxed atmosphere. The monkeys are not people-friendly and are unpredictable; their disdainful actions are quite amusing. The entire park is great for a slow-paced visit.
