Easy to redeem at the center. Look for the gorilla booth or show the Klook ticket to any booth, and the staff are nice enough to point you to the right one. Timing can be different from what was selected, as staff gave us the next earliest timing when we arrived. A nice and fun experience that I would love to do again.

Experience: Clear instructions, friendly staff. During the 30-minute tour, you can admire various tropical fish, corals, and sea turtles. The boat also has air conditioning, which makes it a great experience in the summer.

It was wonderful to be able to see the beautiful underwater world of Karabiman. We were lucky enough to see a turtle too. The young children who came with their parents absolutely loved it. I think it's because most children don't get many opportunities to see the ocean floor unless it's an aquarium. Their excited and joyful expressions were adorable. Inside the boat, there was a fan, so it was cooler than I expected. I thought about how we need to cherish the ocean more, as a lot of the coral has died. It was great to be able to see the deep sea.

I went to the office after my reservation was confirmed, but the GORILLA OFFICE was closed for repairs. While walking along the beach, I noticed the Blue Coral boat, and a staff member was checking the boat. They said the boat couldn't operate because it was under repair, and then called another staff member. That staff member made several calls and then arranged a private charter for us. The Coral Blue boat staff were very kind and helpful. However, it seems there's an issue with the office that took the reservation or the Klook system. One of my family members was so upset that they didn't get on the boat. I am grateful to the staff members who checked everything until the end, guided us kindly, and provided service.

It's quite convenient to exchange tickets; there are counters for various boat companies in a building similar to a tourist information center. Although the captain on the boat gives explanations in Japanese, you can still feel the rich underwater ecosystem, and you can also dip your feet in the water at the beach where the boat departs.

I can't swim, so I chose this, and it was really great.

Didn't see many fish, which was a slight drawback, but everything else was great.

I think it's truly wonderful to have such an experience at this price. I always check the weather and make reservations at the best time. I saw sea turtles!

I had an extraordinary experience. The boat operation and explanations were precise and easy to understand. During the trip, hair and debris fell onto the glass, so it would be great if the glass could be cleaned more thoroughly, perhaps with something like a Swiffer, to make it sparkling clean.
