[Ishigaki Island/Meio Dia] Floresta de Manguezais, um Monumento Natural: SUP/Canoa à sua escolha (Okinawa)

This was a fantastic experience on Ishigaki Island. The location is very close to the city center, making transportation extremely convenient and saving a lot of travel time. Although the value for money isn't the highest, the overall service definitely makes up for it. Originally, I planned to try SUP, but because I had too many personal belongings, I decided to switch to kayaking at the last minute. It was my first time kayaking, and I was a bit worried at first, but it turned out that kayaks are very stable, and even beginners can easily handle them. I especially want to commend our coach, Sota. He was very enthusiastic and talkative, patiently and warmly helping the participants throughout the entire activity, which made everyone feel very secure. Most importantly, his English communication was perfectly fine, which is very friendly for foreign tourists, so there's no need to worry about communication issues. Paddling through the mangroves felt very peaceful and relaxing, and Sota even proactively helped take photos to capture this unique experience.

Boating on the river is a rare experience for city dwellers. The coach is attentive and thorough. The activity is very safe, and the mangrove ecosystem is well worth seeing. The activity site is only a 15-minute drive away, making transportation convenient.

Our guide Tuna... no, Yuna and Mangou are very nice. I can have fun even though I can't speak Japanese; it's a great trip!

It was fantastic that our whole family—including our 5-year-old—could all ride together in the same kayak. Our guide MAKOTO San was absolutely wonderful. Even though she was working solo, she took fantastic photos of us, handled the heavy lifting with the boats, and gave great, insightful explanations throughout the trip. My kid had a total blast and my wife was thrilled. As the husband at the very bottom of the family food chain, seeing them both so happy made me extremely satisfied! Thank you so much for an unforgettable day!

Tom was an amazing guide! He was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole kayaking tour. He explained everything clearly and always made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. The mangrove forest was beautiful, and Tom also shared interesting facts about the local nature. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Ishigaki. Highly recommended!

We participated without much expectation, and we were very worried because it might rain. But once we actually participated, we wondered what we would have done if we hadn't... We were all completely satisfied. Sota-sensei was so kind and guided us cheerfully. Our joy and happiness are doubled. There's no need to worry about the weather; we highly recommend you experience this if you come to Ishigaki Island. The photos you sent are also wonderful!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our overall experience, but we wished it had been a bit longer for the price paid. Our tour guide, Mkaly, was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. She ensured that we felt included and safe throughout the journey. Additionally, she captured some fantastic photos of us! The scenery was also breathtaking.
