Natsune and Haruka were amazing! Super friendly and made sure everyone on the tour was well looked after! The kids enjoyed their first proper snorkel experience! We saw three sea turtles! The instructors were professional and friendly. All equipment was prepared for! We just needed to bring ourselves, water, and towels!

This was an amazing experience, I joined with my family with kids. They were the first time to join and felt very happy on the whole journey. We followed the agent who was reliable with good service, our guide called Ms. Natsu was professional and smiley, she made sure every step of us was safely followed. When we arrived at the sea turtle area, we didn't have to wait long to see them up close. The water was very clear, and there was a lot of beautiful underwater scenery. When I booked, I had to choose a pick-up spot in the southern area near the city. However, if possible, waiting at the entrance of Yonehara Beach would be much better, because if you drive there directly, at least you can decide when to shower before leaving. I was driven back to the pick-up spot by the tour leader, so I didn't get to shower. You might want to check if your hotel is within the pick-up area.

I’m from Taiwan and only speak basic English, but communication was not a problem at all! Before snorkeling, our instructor clearly explained the safety rules, how to use the equipment, the correct posture, and what to be careful about. During the activity, he also checked on everyone regularly, which made us feel very safe. We joined the 10:30 AM session on September 23. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go to the Blue Cave because of the weather, but we still saw many sea turtles and lots of different fish. It was an amazing experience and definitely worth it! A special thank you to our instructor, Hito! He took care of all eight of us, checked on everyone, and also took many photos for us. He was very kind, patient, and attentive. If I visit Ishigaki again, I would definitely join again! Hito is good! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks to Guide Tatchan, I met a turtle for the first time in my life and made unforgettable memories! There were three of us in our group, and one person gave up on snorkeling. I can't swim, so I felt bad for the other tour members because I was slowing things down. But the guide took charge from beginning to end, holding my hand and leading me, so we were able to finish safely. It must have been difficult for them, but thanks to their care, I wasn't scared and had the amazing experience of seeing a turtle right before my eyes, which I had only dreamed of. I was truly grateful for how they not only guided us but also thoughtfully cared for each person, considering their individual situations. Without the guide, I would never have had such a wonderful experience. I'm sorry and thankful to Tatchan for all the trouble and hard work because of me!

The equipment was clean, and having an English-speaking guide was fantastic! It was a great experience to see sea turtles, even from a distance, and to snorkel in the deep sea, which is usually difficult for families to access. On days with rain, strong winds, and rough waves, the underwater visibility might be poor, making it hard to see fish or corals, which can be a bit disappointing. I recommend choosing a clear day during the good season if possible. Thank you very much, Tatchan!

It was very nice, exactly as we had imagined. Our guide Natsune was super friendly and kind and explained and showed us everything in detail in English. We saw many fish and 2 sea turtles, and Natsune took great photos and videos of the animals and of us. The duration was just right, not too long and not too short.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience traveling with Natsu! Even though I’m not a strong swimmer, Natsu was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, and thanks to Natsu, I was able to see two sea turtles! 🐢🐢 It was my very first time snorkeling, and it became such a special and unforgettable memory. Natsu made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the experience, which allowed me to truly enjoy the beautiful ocean. Thanks to this amazing tour, I’m so glad I decided to visit Ishigaki.
