Coisas para fazer em Mount Bromo

We are very glad we chose this tour. The same car and driver for four days and three nights was fantastic! The tour guides at the attractions we visited were also excellent. Overall, highly recommended!

The tour guide was excellent, and thanks to Hans for assisting us throughout, ensuring a safe completion of the trip. We all had a great time, and the restaurant where we had lunch was also quite good, with nice views and tasty food. The one-day itinerary was quite strenuous; for someone who doesn't exercise much, it was a bit challenging to complete. However, since we were already there, we had to persevere and finish it. The volcano and waterfall in Surabaya probably aren't easy to visit. It was a very memorable experience.

Waiting for the sunrise is a long process, but it's also nice to enjoy the starry night sky while you wait. The sun was actually only a faint light, covered by clouds. The climb up the volcano was a bit tiring, but the scenery we saw was irreplaceable.

We booked a 4-day, 3-night trip to Mount Bromo, Mount Ijen, a waterfall, and a snorkeling spot. It was an amazing and adventurous experience for us. Our tour guide, Rizky, was very helpful, and the driver was skilled and drove safely. We will definitely choose Cheap Bromo Team again and explore other destinations if we visit East Java next time.

Our guide, Bara, took us from Surabaya to Mount Bromo. Along the way, he took care of us, arranged coffee and breakfast, and even took us to a secret spot to admire and photograph the volcano from afar. This was an unforgettable and satisfying trip.

Traveling alone, I booked a private tour. My guide, Man, was incredibly attentive, constantly reminding me and confirming the next details. He communicated clearly in both Chinese and English, was polite, proactive, and enthusiastically explained local customs. His photography skills were top-notch, comparable to a professional photographer. I highly recommend requesting him as your designated guide. The driver, Ah Han, was also responsible and polite, helping with reminders and accommodating traveler requests. The only thing to consider is that the scale of the blue fire at Ijen volcano is vastly different from 10 years ago. Now, it only burns sulfur over an area about the size of a round table each time. Dedicating a full day to Ijen now feels like there might be better itinerary options, such as snorkeling, which might be more suitable.

Scenery: I just finished a solo trip to Bromo and Ijen. It was amazing to see both volcanoes so close up. For anyone worried about the hike up Ijen, it’s really not that difficult if you exercise regularly.The scenery was simply majestic, but the team is what made it so good. Guide: Big thanks to Edi, Fauzi, Sulis, and other members of the tour team for organizing such a unique experience. I will certainly find them again next time I'm in Indonesia.
