Tour pelo Monte Bromo e Cachoeira Madakaripura saindo de Surabaya/Malang

My day trip to Mount Bromo and Madakaripura Waterfall on June 23, 2025, was absolutely spectacular, thanks to our exceptional guide Layla. From 7 AM to 5:30 PM, their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made the experience unforgettable. Layla guided us through Mount Bromo’s otherworldly landscape with enthusiasm, sharing captivating details about its history and ensuring our group, especially my mom, felt comfortable and cared for. She also went out of her way to help us capture stunning photos, suggesting the best spots and angles for perfect shots. At Madakaripura Waterfall, Suman was outstanding. He supported my mom by offering his arm throughout the trek, navigating slippery paths with care to ensure her safety and confidence. Additionally, Suman’s knack for photography shone through, as he helped us take breathtaking photos that perfectly captured the waterfall’s beauty. Both guides’ attentiveness, knowledge, and passion for the sites created a seamless and joyful adventure. Their efforts to make everyone feel included, from personalized care to photo assistance, were truly remarkable. I highly recommend booking this for an unforgettable, well-organized trip with memories captured beautifully!

This trip was truly amazing! Minnie did an excellent job with all the arrangements and was incredibly friendly throughout. She constantly helped us take photos, looked after us with great care, and even took the initiative to assist with translation at restaurants and other venues. The overall experience is comfortable & cosy with flexible itinerary arrangements. Professional tour guide - Salsa with great English communication skills and willing to help with all kinds of enquiries. Weather wasn't great that day so we cancelled the waterfall but generally we are happy with the overall service.

A tour not to be missed. Mount BROMO views are great and am happy I have been there done it! Our tour guide Ms Layla (a very cheerful personality) spoke excellent English. Without asking she explained the history of the BROMO area which we found very intriguing. She constantly checked in to ensure we were alright and if we needed anything. Our car driver Mr Harit brought us safely from point to point. He drove with safety in mind. Our jeep driver Mr Frankie, was skill full in manoeuvring his jeep across the dirt roads. It was raining heavy after BROMO hence we could not do the waterfall. This is because a river which we had to cross to get to the falls was flooding and the current was strong. Guess we will do it next time. I will recommend this tour and this particular team to my family & friends. Good Memories were made today. Kudos to Miss Layla & Team!

The tour departed on time in the morning at 8 am and arrived at the destination around 11 am. Thanks to our tour guide, Ms. Layla, for the wonderful trip organization and arrangement. The spectacular view of the volcano with nice weather that day, and fewer tourists (less crowded) at that time, made the trip more relaxing. I requested to skip the waterfalls tour to spend more time at Mount Bromo. Lastly, I want to thank the driver for patiently and safely driving me to the destination and back to the hotel.

Wonderful tour! We went with my husband and 7-year-old son. Everything was perfectly organized, comfortable transport, and punctual arrival. The guide helped us take great photos, filmed us, and showed us good spots for a photoshoot. This is one of the few tours that starts in the morning (not at night, like those who want to see the sunrise). So, it's suitable for children aged 7 and older. The waterfall is huge and very beautiful! Tip: instead of flip-flops, take coral shoes to the waterfall; they are better suited for slippery rocks. You will get completely soaked at the waterfall without a raincoat, so protect your bags and gadgets, and bring bags for wet items. Special thanks to our guide Laila and her team!

I really enjoyed the tour to Mt Bromo. We had to forgo the trip to Madakarpura waterfall as it rained heavily earlier and it was flooded. We understand the circumstances as we can't control nature and also it's for safety reasons. We didn't mind actually because we were already kind of tired from climbing to the Bromo crater hehe 😆 Our guide Layla was amazing, she walked with us all the way to the crater and helped us to take pictures along the way. We kind of underestimated the walk to the crater, so whoever considering getting this package please do wear proper shoes and if you are unable to walk in the terrain, please do rent the horses there as the volcanic sand is rather fine so walking is a little challenging because of the resistance of the sand and also some slopes are steep. It was quite a workout 🤣 nevertheless it was a great experience. 10/10 would go again perhaps in a different month that's not so rainy…and maybe for my husband he would want to rent the horse next time haha! The driver is also very experienced, it was a very smooth journey overall 👍🏼
