Afternoon tour is good, as you don’t lose sleep travelling at night, and it’s not crowded at all going up to Mt Bromo. It was also great that the local agency could arrange for us to leave/return to Surabaya, where we were staying. Note that Surabaya to Malang takes close to 2 hours on the road.

Had such a great time on this tour! From the point of booking, the entire team was very helpful and friendly. This was especially because the original tour listed on Klook was from Malang. But they managed to arrange for us to be picked up from Surabaya instead and making adjustments to the itinerary as necessary. The team that were down on the day itself was even better! Adi fetched us promptly Surabaya and patiently waited for us to be back after the tour at Bromo to send us back. The tour at Bromo itself was exceptional! We had Sandi as our main guide and Mr Dika as our jeep driver. They were so friendly and nice :’) answering any of our questions and helping us take photographs. Thank you for the fantastic team, Sandi, Mr Dika and Adi :) The tour itself was quite worth it. They brought us around Bromo and we even got to ride a horse up to the crater. The pit stops were also quite fun just to see Mt Bromo from different angles. ^_^

Gunung Bromo adalah tempat yang wajib dikunjungi saat Anda berada di Jawa Timur. Jika Anda tidak ingin kurang tidur, maka mengikuti tur sore ini sangatlah sempurna. Pemandangannya menakjubkan, dan pemandu wisata Joko sangat hebat serta membantu kami mengambil banyak foto.

I'm glad I participated. I thought the sunrise tour would be physically demanding, so I booked the afternoon tour instead. There was a car accident on the mountain road, which caused a one-hour delay, but the tour still managed to cover all the planned stops. I'm very satisfied with the magnificent scenery I experienced.

It was great to be able to embark on the tour without feeling rushed, as it departed in the morning rather than at dawn. The guide and contact staff were also very friendly. I took many once-in-a-lifetime photos, and above all, the crater and scenery were truly impressive.

The afternoon Mount Bromo tour is a good choice for those like us who couldn't make it for the sunrise tour. The pros: there was almost no one else on the road. Mr. Irwan, our tour guide, told us that during low season, there are 200 jeeps going to Mount Bromo, and during high season, there can be up to 1000. Although it was quite foggy. Some tips: The hike up to the crater of Mount Bromo will take about 1.5 hours. It was very windy, dusty, and had a strong sulfur smell. Get your windbreaker ready; a mask will help. The activity intensity is stated as low, but it can actually be quite taxing, even for kids. There are horses to take you up if you need them. Overall, we had a good trip checking out our first volcano sightseeing.

It's a good idea to have a hearty breakfast before these trips. The driver can pick us up from the breakfast spot and take us straight to Mount Bromo. The guide Hamdan and Mr. Wawan are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a pleasant trip!

It was very kind and I was very satisfied. The snacks you gave us were also good for the kids. You can stay at each spot for as long as you want and take pictures. Mount Bromo is truly magnificent and awe-inspiring. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it!
