The tour was really amazing, all the guides very nice. Would like to thank our driver Fauzi who took really good care of us and brought us around safely. Just expect to not get much sleep but that doesn’t matter as you’ll still have a good time. Accomodation very good for few hours of sleep.

This three-day, two-night trip to Surabaya was more like an infantry training expedition. It tested not only physical strength but also endurance and spirit. Throughout the journey, lack of sleep and poor food were expected, but precisely because of this, the trip became exceptionally memorable. The entire itinerary was tight and packed. Long drives were often required between attractions, and the driver's skills were excellent, whether navigating winding mountain roads or speeding on highways, demonstrating both experience and expertise. As the itinerary also involved picking up other travelers, patience was sometimes needed for waiting, but this is part of a group tour. On the first day, at 10:30 AM, we arrived at Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, like falling into a hidden paradise, breathtakingly beautiful. After enjoying the baptism of nature and having dinner, we arrived at a cozy Javanese-style cabin for the night at 6:20 PM. On the second day, we departed at 12:30 AM. We had to make our way to the sunrise viewpoint without a guide. It was truly challenging to grope our way in the cold 13-degree Celsius temperature and darkness. Therefore, headlamps were essential, and warm clothing was also a must, or available for rent. Subsequently, at 6:30 AM, we arrived at Mount Bromo, where one could choose to ascend on foot or by horse. On the third day, at 12:00 AM, we headed to Mount Ijen. The mountain path was steep and rugged, requiring continuous climbing upwards, then descending into the active crater. Such terrain was a challenge to both physical strength and willpower, but it also allowed for a profound appreciation of nature's awe-inspiring grandeur. Here, I am very grateful to the responsible drivers and guides at each attraction, especially our best guide for Mount Ijen, Suki. Throughout the journey, he constantly reminded everyone to be safe and continuously encouraged us. He was very professional and responsible, always looking after the team, especially those of us who lagged behind physically. When we reached the volcanic rock and were informed that we couldn't witness the blue flames today, Suki, to prevent disappointment, personally created blue flames for everyone to see. Furthermore, he was an excellent photographer, taking many beautiful photos for me, a solo traveler. I am so grateful! This left precious and unforgettable memories for this adventurous journey.

The 4-day, 3-night Tumpak Sewu Waterfall + Ijen Volcano tour was an amazing experience! As a solo female Chinese traveler with average English skills, I felt no pressure throughout the trip. The overall itinerary was comfortable, and the scenery was stunning. Tumpak Sewu Waterfall was so beautiful it left me speechless! I must especially commend the waterfall guide; he was incredibly gentlemanly and thoughtful, actively helping me on dangerous paths and taking photos with great care. Every picture turned out perfectly, making the experience truly exceptional. The other guides were also dedicated, completing their services professionally without any perfunctoriness. The accommodation was reliable, clean, and tidy, giving me complete peace of mind. A small incident: When paying the driver for the Ijen Volcano trip, there was confusion regarding the amount. He charged 80k Indonesian Rupiah but claimed it was a 35k medical check-up fee, and mistakenly calculated 50k as 5k. I double-checked and got my money back. However, the driver for the last leg of the journey was incredibly warm-hearted. Knowing I was a foreign tourist and my English wasn't great, he specifically got out of the car near the hotel to help confirm the exact store in the local language and even helped carry my luggage. He was gentle and kind, and I was instantly touched! Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. Most of the staff were reliable, and the value for money was excellent. I recommend it to friends traveling alone, but I advise everyone to double-check the amount in person when paying to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

We did the 3-day Tumpak Sewu – Bromo – Ijen tour and it was honestly the best experiences of our trip. Everything was well organized and smooth. Special thank you to our driver Fauzi, the sweetest and best driver ever. So kind, patient, caring, and always making sure we were safe and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to travel with. At each spot, the guides were great, but special mention to Herytio and Nanang at Ijen, who really helped my friend when she was struggling during the hike. They were so reassuring and supportive, and we are truly grateful. Amazing views, beautiful moments, and people who genuinely care. Highly recommend.

When I first saw the average reviews were quite mediocre, I was indeed a bit worried about the service. I had checked other platforms, and Klook was the cheapest. Moreover, looking elsewhere didn't guarantee avoiding similar issues, so I decided to stick with the original plan and take my chances. The result was that I had absolutely no complaints about the vendor. First, the night before, the supplier contacted me to arrange a 10 AM pickup. However, they later contacted me again to move it up by 30 minutes, and the driver even arrived earlier than expected. I had seen other people's complaints beforehand, but they weren't a big issue for me. Although only the Ijen guide spoke English, and the other drivers didn't speak much, they were very happy to answer and help if I used a phone translator. We were very lucky with the jeep; there were only 6 passengers, so it wasn't crowded. This itinerary was indeed quite rushed, but in the end, it felt very worthwhile. The Bromo sunrise is beautiful and easy to access, while Ijen is very crowded, so there's a certain level of danger; you need to assess your own capabilities. Everyone going to Ijen needs to pay an additional 30,000 for a health certificate, and the Ijen guide was also very proactive in taking photos for us. I didn't have high expectations for the arranged accommodation, but it was clean, the sleep quality wasn't too bad, and there was hot water for showering. The two breakfasts provided by the supplier were also very tasty, and they recommended and provided transportation to a restaurant for dinner. I had contacted them early on to let them know I would be going to Bali after the second day and provided my boat ticket. They also offered a Bali pickup service to the hotel, and the price was cheaper than other platforms' private car services. Our entire trip, from Surabaya to Bali, was very well arranged. Highly recommended!

Bromo, Ijen, and the waterfalls are magnificent. The itinerary went according to plan, and the local guides were good. The accommodation along the route was decent. The trip is very good for its price.

I highly recommend this to anyone traveling from Surabaya to Bali. The sunrise at Mount Bromo is the most magnificent thing I have ever seen in my life. Highly recommended. Ijen Crater and its caldera lake were incredibly moving. The guide's flawless pickup and drop-off service was a refreshing tonic that eased the fatigue of continuous travel. Thank you.
