It's very convenient to buy tickets and make reservations with the app. You can just scan the QR code on-site to enter, saving a lot of time queuing for tickets.
The staff at the ski resort were friendly, and the equipment rental process was very smooth. Both the ski jackets and snowboards were new and clean. We signed up for a beginner's class, and the coach was very patient, teaching us basic movements slowly. Even with zero experience, we quickly picked it up and didn't feel scared at all.
The entire skiing experience was safe and fun, and the scenery was beautiful, perfect for photos! I highly recommend it to friends who want to try skiing for the first time. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely book with Klook again for my next trip!

I went in the afternoon, scanned the QR code on the 2nd floor machine to get an entry card. There was a short queue, but entry was smooth. Once inside, I could grab all the equipment and go straight in, which was convenient and easy. I'd like to go again next time.

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious! The room was clean! There were no disposable slippers in the room, so I had to call the front desk to get them. Service: As soon as I entered the hotel, they proactively asked if I needed help with my luggage.

The room was very spacious and clean. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options. We visited on the second day of the Lunar New Year, and there were many Hong Kong people there. It's not close to the MTR station, but I will definitely go again.
