Dopo due ore di gioco nell'area neve, con vestiti, casco e scarpe inclusi. Non c'erano cattivi odori, ma ovviamente c'erano segni di utilizzo. Per fortuna non c'era coda, quindi abbiamo giocato senza sosta. La neve era gelida, quindi è indispensabile portare i propri guanti per fare un pupazzo di neve. Se ci sono bambini piccoli, gli adulti dovrebbero prima imparare a giocare e poi spiegare chiaramente ai bambini come fare, poiché sembra che gli adulti non possano accompagnare i bambini sulle piste da neve (almeno, non l'ho visto quel giorno). Durante l'apprendimento dell'uso delle strutture, ho avuto un piccolo incidente e ho sbattuto la testa a terra. La protezione del casco non è stata sufficiente per me; ho sentito dolore ma non ho avuto vertigini immediate.

I saw a friend recommend that their snow suit is brand new, and then washed and worn once, so I went to try it, and I didn't know it was true, and I didn' t recommend it wrong, there are many good ones, and there are also many super new Step on fast-wearing three-piece sets!!🌹

Very interactive session for kids which they actually acquire new skills. thank you coach Leo for being flexible to accomodate the kids at different levels. The place is new and clean and good waiting area for parents to watch the kids also.

Great first time skiing experience for our family. Our coach managed the entire process, gear selection, prep and basic instructions, even how to fall correctly. With three hours we had plently of time on the beginners slope, and really enjoyed the experience. great for all ages and levels of skill. highly recommend this as a great 3 hour event.

The coach was very professional, and my four-and-a-half-year-old son was able to ski down on his very first lesson! The coach was incredibly patient and taught in a way that was perfect for children, allowing them to learn in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. I highly recommend this for families with young children!

Through a friend's recommendation, our family of three (our goal was to try bringing our two-year-old daughter to Shenzhen for an overnight stay) booked this hotel. For around 1,000 Hong Kong dollars, staying at a five-star InterContinental hotel with a buffet breakfast included offers great value for money. During check-in, Kidd introduced us to the hotel facilities, provided welcome drink vouchers for the lobby, and gave us a cute children's bracelet as a gift. We booked a family room this time, and our child loved the room's decor, wasn't afraid of the new environment, and ran around happily. Although our stay was only a short 24 hours, we also visited the indoor pool and the children's playrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. If we have another chance, we'd like to try other amenities next time (dinner/gym/sauna, etc.). Overall, the hotel is upscale, clean, comfortable, and the staff are polite. While taking the subway from Shenzhen Bay would take more time and require transfers, arriving by taxi within 30 minutes is much more convenient.

It was my husband's birthday! I was searching everywhere for hotels and good food! I found this hotel on Klook at a reasonable price, so I decided to book a package and give it a try.
It was a Sunday, and we didn't even have to wait until 3 PM; we were able to check in and get our room by 12 PM. The room included in this package was truly spacious! It must have been around 48 square meters.
There was a small dining table and a small coffee table, which was perfect for both of us to use individually! I could comfortably place my laptop on the dining table to work, and my husband could relax on the sofa and slowly enjoy his drink.
This package included a buffet breakfast and dinner! Although the variety of food for dinner wasn't extensive, it was adequate and had all the essentials.
It's worth mentioning that even though the hotel isn't five-star, all the staff members were attentive, polite, and thoughtful! The service truly felt five-star!

Transportation Convenience: This time, I chose to take the Cross-Boundary China-Hong Kong Express bus to Qianhai Ice and Snow World, then took a 10-minute taxi ride to the hotel. The entire journey took about 1.5 hours, and it was comfortable without needing to transfer subways. Personally, I recommend taking a taxi to Dongguan Binhai Vientiane Village Outlet as well; it's super chill ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Breakfast: Many choices, delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cleanliness: The room was comfortable and clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel rooms and facilities are excellent and extremely clean. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus stop downstairs and a convenience store across the street. There's also a KFC about a 5-minute walk away. All the staff are very professional and polite, especially Fairy at the front desk. Her patient service and detailed explanations regarding our inquiries about the hotel's facilities made all 10 of us feel right at home. This hotel is definitely worth recommending.
