The hotel environment is comfortable, the restaurant staff are polite, and the food is no different from Hong Kong buffets. There's also a small corner in the restaurant where children can have fun with a ball pit.

The service was super useful and convenient. The driver was on time, chose the best route, was seamless through the border crossing, and was polite. He drove safely and accommodated the whole family, including the kids and luggage.

The Langham Club executive floor on the 22nd floor is elegantly decorated. Manager Peter provides attentive service, and the afternoon tea and happy hour food and drinks are of high quality, truly exceptional. All hotel staff are professional and considerate.

Cleanliness: Very clean
Buffet Dinner: Offers salmon & tuna sashimi, pan-fried steak & lamb chops, hand-sliced fatty beef, various hot pot ingredients. No red, white, or sparkling wine. The taste is acceptable for filling one's stomach.
Buffet Breakfast: Overall better than dinner. Includes beef offal, steamed spare ribs, chicken feet with black bean sauce, and freshly made rice noodle rolls.
Service: Participated in an aviation guided tour, learned about the historical background, which greatly benefited the children. Small gifts were distributed at the end.

The Saturday lunch buffet was generally good, exceeding expectations slightly, and the catering staff provided excellent service. Regarding the food, there were chilled seafood and sashimi, with the tuna even including parts near the belly. The燉湯 (double-boiled soup) was also good. Additionally, there were high-quality steaks and char siu (barbecued pork) served from a trolley, and high-quality Tiramisu also brought around on a trolley. The overall price met expectations, and it's definitely worth a try.

Henry Chen, the staff member who handled our check-in, was very professional. He patiently explained the dining options included in the package, where children could play, and arranged an early check-in and room upgrade for us. He deserves 10 thumbs up. Additionally, the staff at Utopia were polite and very patient with children. They also reminded us about a special dragon boat craft activity happening that day. Thanks to the staff member who checked us in for the detailed explanation. The F&B staff and chefs proactively introduced the dishes to us and distributed delicious roast beef to each table. The room was clean, and the extra mineral water bottles provided were super convenient. If there's a similar package again, we will definitely visit once more. Thank you to every staff member for their thoughtful care.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The Guest Relations Manager, Jason, was incredibly warm and attentive. He handled check-in and itinerary planning with great efficiency, making the entire process feel comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene, ensuring a good living experience. The only minor drawback was the absence of children's shampoo in the room, which was a slight inconvenience when traveling with a child. Overall, all aspects were commendable, and I was satisfied with the stay. I would prioritize staying here again on my next visit.
