Absolutely recommend this spa — it’s elegant, spacious, and truly high-end. The bathroom and vanity area felt very luxurious, with Le Labo shower amenities, Dior, and Gucci makeup. The seafood buffet, especially the caviar and lobsters, was an amazing highlight, and the 1.4 HKD rate for the food experience felt well worth the cost.
That said, check-in and check-out could be improved, as the receptionists did not speak English and seemed unfamiliar with how the Klook vouchers worked. Massage services also had to be added separately. We also hope they consider creating separate lounge areas for families with babies or infants, especially since crying at night can affect the relaxing atmosphere.

it was amazing experience for me and my husband. we do the 100mins Full thai body massage with the essence oil. it was a mix of thai and chinese massage which i really enjoy coz it really soften my fatigue body, my muscles are somehow so soft and relax after the massage. and the masseur are all neat, well manner, know their line, quiet, professional.,the reception are also respectful and really give her/him their best to understand what we meant. very polite as well and always assist us through our time in their shop. also they have some hot tea and fresh cut fruits after the massage.

It's good! There are many staff members on duty. If children are running around and disturbing others, and no parents are present, the staff will proactively investigate. Since there are no restaurants or restrooms inside, you can enter and exit freely.
