The hotel environment is comfortable, and the restaurant staff are polite. The food is comparable to a Hong Kong buffet. There's also a small corner in the restaurant where children can play in a ball pit.

The service was super useful and convenient. The driver was on time, chose the best route, was seamless through the border crossing, and was polite. He drove safely and accommodated the whole family, including the kids and luggage.

The Langham Club executive floor, located on the 22nd floor, is elegantly and tastefully decorated. Manager Peter provides attentive service, and the afternoon tea and happy hour food and drinks are of high quality, truly exceptional. All hotel staff are professional and thoughtful in their service.

Cleanliness: Very clean.
Buffet Dinner: Offers salmon and tuna sashimi, pan-fried steak and lamb chops, hand-sliced fatty beef, and various hot pot ingredients. There is no red or white sparkling wine. The taste is acceptable for a filling meal.
Buffet Breakfast: Overall better than dinner, with beef offal, steamed spare ribs, chicken feet in black bean sauce, and freshly made rice noodle rolls.
Service: We participated in the aviation guided tour, learning about the historical background, which was very beneficial for the children. Small gifts were distributed at the end.

The Saturday lunch buffet was generally quite good, exceeding expectations slightly. The dining staff provided excellent service. Regarding the food, there were cold seafood and sashimi, with the tuna even including a portion near the belly. The stewed soup was also good. Additionally, there were high-quality steak and char siu (barbecued pork) served from a trolley. The Tiramisu, also brought around on a trolley, was equally high-quality. Overall, the price met expectations, and it's definitely worth a try.

Henry Chen, the staff member who checked us in, was very professional. He patiently explained the dining options included in the package, where children could play, and arranged an early check-in and room upgrade for us. He deserves 10 stars. Additionally, the staff at Utopia were polite and very patient with the children. They also reminded us about a special dragon boat craft activity happening today. Thanks to the staff at the entrance for their detailed explanation. The food and beverage staff and chefs proactively introduced the dishes to us and distributed delicious roast beef to each table. The room was clean, and the extra bottles of mineral water were super convenient. If this package is offered again, we will definitely return. Thank you to every staff member for their thoughtful care.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The Guest Relations Manager, Jason, was incredibly warm and attentive. He handled check-in and itinerary planning seamlessly, making the entire process comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent attention to detail regarding hygiene, which made for a good living experience. The only minor drawback was the absence of children's shampoo in the room, which was a slight inconvenience when traveling with a child. All things considered, every aspect was commendable, and I was satisfied with the overall stay. I would definitely prioritize staying here again in the future.
