以一間五星級的酒店來說, 食物質素真的令我覺得很失望。它們今次的主題是星馬太, 炒蟹的肉不新鮮，咬下去是霉的。海南雞沒有雞味，鐵板燒的羊肉很硬很乾(我沒有試其他扒類),。冷盤海鮮例如青口和貝類的肉質也很一般，加上有些食物完全沒有標籤，完全不符合一間五星級酒店的標準。沙律的種類也不多。總括來說，食物質素很一般，下次應該不會再來。

It was a bit disappointing to know that the hotel is not up to its international standards. We were very thirsty after dining as we ate tons of MSG from the food. They don’t refill the foods quickly but can understand as majority of the customers hoard too much food. you get what you paid for.
