Great first time skiing experience for our family. Our coach managed the entire process, gear selection, prep and basic instructions, even how to fall correctly. With three hours we had plently of time on the beginners slope, and really enjoyed the experience. great for all ages and levels of skill. highly recommend this as a great 3 hour event.

instructor: Coach Louis and Esther (Xiao Mi) were amazing. They paid close attention to every run that we went on, and really tailored the experience to my skill level. They even provided video analysis to point out my bad habits and gave me drills to work on after the lessons. The coaches were very enthusiastic when teaching and I could tell that they had years of experience. experience: The entire experience was well coordinated (through WeChat) and the coordinators and coaches spoke English. We had a private lounge area for us to change, rest, and store our things as well. I felt well taken care of.

Our instructor, Tom, was honestly amazing. Super patient, knowledgeable and really fun to learn from. He looks like he’s in his 20s, spoke excellent English (with a slight British accent), explained everything clearly + created such a chill, comfortable learning vibe with his calm and encouraging style. He mentioned he was trained under New Zealand certification standards, which really showed in his structured teaching. We were three total first time beginners, and he made the experience fun instead of intimidating while still covering all the essentials. From introducing the equipment to teaching proper techniques, correcting our stance, and guiding us step by step, he made learning feel easy and enjoyable. He stayed with us the entire 3 hours and never left our side, which we really appreciated. 10/10 for Tom!! Only complaint is the class flew by too fast and we wanted more timeee. Qianhai indoor ski is a great place for beginners to learn the basics before hitting real mountains.

上次曾教練教，1v2，完全無接觸過滑雪，但真係好好玩，初期真係搵教練會好好多，教練可以帶你用適合嘅姿勢去入手，曾教練都教得好好，由設備開始教起，第一堂已經試咗好多野

教練在入口處等我，濱教練識講白話很用心去講解，不時指點提醒我要小心讓我今次學習進步不少也讓我的恐懼感放下了好多，就如之前的顧客所講一樣，教練真的很好很有耐性而且非常照顧我們的安全。

教練蠻好的，講解詳細，中間搭纜車掉板了也有協助我處理。課程中基本上沒什麼讓我摔到，也有給一些日後練習的方向，不錯!

Coach Lukas is patient, experienced and have high alert of safety for both my self and my kid to learn skiing! Highly recommended! One more plus, he can speak fluent English and understand too! incredible experience! Lukas教练非常有耐心、经验丰富，而且非常重视安全，无论是我还是孩子学滑雪，他都会时刻留意，真的很放心！强烈推荐！ 另外一个加分点是，他英语非常流利，还懂广东话，沟通完全没问题！ 这次滑雪体验真的太棒了！👍⛷️

Highly recommending Coach Tom. He is extremely detailed and systematic in his training. He knows exactly what ticks best for adult and children - we had 2 adults and a 6 year old. He can manage the 3 of us on ski slopes, and we were able to ski down slowly by ourselves (with his guidance) on our 2nd attempt. He is passionate and knowledgeable about indoor and outdoor skiing, given that he has been to many of the ski resorts globally. Also very fluent in both English and Mandarin. Looking forward to more sessions with him!

Really enjoyed our experience with Tom, who was just amazing. He was patient, understanding and very helpful with us learning to ski for the first time. Highly recommended and keep up the good work.
