A family of four on a free and easy trip applied for this tour to create special memories. We were fortunate to meet Guide Kang Hye-ja, who helped us build rich and generous memories. Her clear, concise explanations and relaxed approach made us smile throughout the tour. She pinpointed great restaurants, shopping lists, and photo spots, ensuring we had a fulfilling day without wasting any time. It was great value for money. In Japan, transportation costs alone are no joke, but they provided round-trip bus service, guided us in Korean to various places, gave us tips, and even recommended good restaurants. I went with my parents, and we just ate and did nothing else, but it was a fun Kyoto trip during our Osaka travels.

Thanks to Guide Shuchan, we had a perfect family trip that we will never forget! It was our first trip to Japan in a long time, with three generations: my 70-year-old mother, and my two elementary school-aged daughters. I was very worried before we left because of the different age groups and tastes, but carefully comparing various reviews and choosing 'Indigo Travel' was the best decision we made for this trip. It was especially a great stroke of luck to meet 'Shuchan,' the guide who was in charge of our tour! 1. Delicate customized care that was truly moving. Even before the tour, she generously shared invaluable local information she personally created via KakaoTalk, which was incredibly reassuring. Furthermore, we were deeply touched from the start by her meticulous planning of customized itineraries for each team, considering our family's specific characteristics. 2. Travel time flew by! Witty commentary and a captivating voice. I was worried that the children might get bored during the rather long bus rides, but my worries were unfounded. Thanks to Guide Shuchan's sweet and pleasant voice, which captivated everyone, and her entertaining Japanese stories and witty games, we laughed so much that we didn't even notice how quickly the travel time passed. She is the best guide, never allowing a dull moment. 3. My 70-year-old mother and elementary school daughters were all happy. My mother usually can't walk much and needs to sit down frequently, but thanks to the guide's continuous attention and consideration at every stop, she enjoyed the tour very comfortably without any physical strain. My mother still praises her, saying, "Thanks to Guide Shuchan, I had such a happy trip," and the children also really followed and enjoyed being with the guide. From the moment we first met until the very end, we were given a perfectly fulfilling day without a single flaw.
