I used it for the Tower Slides/Drive and Walk, Wonder Cruise, Aqua Liner to Osaka Castle, Dotonbori Cruise, museums, Umeda Tower and escalator, and many more. It will definitely save you a lot of money if you're a first-timer and want to fully enjoy Osaka.

Before, I didn't know if I had a reservation and waited on-site, but since this trip was short, I made a reservation and used it. Soon after, I ordered and paid (when paying, you must choose what you want to eat/buy!). I was immediately guided to a seat and felt so happy eating ramen with the cute Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi friends. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes Chiikawa and friends! It's also fun because you get a random card when you order a drink!! I personally found the ramen delicious, and all the drinks were tasty too, haha. I loved it so much that I want to visit again next time.

The staff were very accommodating and able to speak English, so communication was smooth. The shop is about 5-10 minutes away from the other entrance of Osaka Castle.
