I arrived at the entrance and saw a long queue for tickets in the afternoon. It was so convenient to be able to buy tickets online instantly and use them immediately, saving me from queuing. That's really handy!

The staff were very enthusiastic, and their makeup, hair, and outfits were complete and beautiful. The shop assistants were all helpful with recommendations. I really loved it!

I had the pleasure of having Mochi as our guide for the Kyoto one-day bus tour. I spent a lot of time deliberating which tour company to choose, as many offer Kyoto day tours, but I'm incredibly glad I ended up with Indigo Travel and Mochi. She shared her knowledge of great restaurants and sightseeing tips, took photos for us with her camera during the tour, and even hosted a quiz show during bus transfers, making the time fly by. This was our first family trip abroad with my parents, and this tour will surely be the most memorable moment of our entire trip. I don't know if we'll meet again, but I wish her all the best.
