Wir hatten einen schönen Tag mit Yuichi, der uns seine Stadt gezeigt hat. Er hat uns unsere Fragen gut beantwortet und uns einige Orte gezeigt die wir bestimmt selbst nicht gefunden hätten. Wir haben gemeinsam ein sehr gutes Mittagessen genossen und noch Tipps für die nächsten Tage bekommen. Danke sehr :)

we had a very nice time with Yukari on our tour. she was very patient and understanding. she asked us what we wanted our tour to be like and was very flexible and took us to the places we wanted to go and we learned about history of Osaka. without her we would’ve been lost so she was more than nice company. thank you Yukari!

Osaka was amazing because of Sachi! She was very patient, considerate, kind, organized, and informative. She meet us at our hotel and taught us how to use the atm. She went over the itinerary with us along with providing subway passes for the day. If it wasn’t for her, we would have waited in the long lines. She prepared “laminated” Osaka castle information as well as provided the history while walking. She was inclusive with the Japanese culture. All the locations I wanted to cross off my list was successful done and more. I can say so much more and praise Sanchi for the wonderful experience. This experience was the greatest moments of my life.

Tuvimos el tour personalizado más increíble en Osaka, gracias a nuestro increíble guía, Yoshi — “Yosh”! Desde el momento en que lo conocimos, fue tan divertido, amable y acogedor que instantáneamente nos sentimos parte de su familia. Somos una familia de habla inglesa que viaja con un adolescente y un niño de 10 años, y Yoshi hizo que todo el día fuera agradable para todos nosotros. The tour was a great way to explore Osaka. We booked the tour for our first full day in Japan. It helped having someone show us how to use underground transport. We also got to sample some of the unique food when we visited the seafood market. I would recommend this tour. Our tour guides were fantastic. They helped us out in so many ways. They were the best tour guides I have ever encountered. They made us feel like we were exploring with friends.

What a wonderful way to experience Osaka on our first day. Our guide Miyo was exceptional. She picked us up early as we had requested (jet lag). Miyo spoke great English and was knowledgeable and super friendly. She made sure we were comfortable, happy and always asked what we wanted and needed. We didn’t have to stand in long lines because she has a tour guide pass which was excellent. Miyo catered to our family (especially our boys) which was paramount to our experience. We did not feel rushed or pressured at any point. we saw the beautiful spots to see in Osaka and we have photos by Miyo to remember. Miyo was honest and kind, and very considerate. We highly recommend this private tour and give it 5-stars all the way!

Op 27.05 hadden wij deze tour met een leuke, lieve en behulpzame vrouwelijke gids. We zijn helaas haar naam kwijt. Van kasteel, Dotonbori, Museum of housing and living enzovoort, alles werd met evenveel enthousiasme verteld. Niets was haar te veel als wij ergens om vroegen. Ik zou zeggen: gewoon boeken!

My son and I had a wonderful day exploring Osaka with our guide Ayako-san, who was super knowledgeable and a lovely person! This is the perfect way to do a one day tour of Osaka. Highlights were Osaka Castle, Kuromon Market, Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. We stopped at Botejyu Dontonbori restaurant for some delicious okonomiyaki at lunchtime. We highly recommend this tour! 😊

Naoko was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable, excellent English communication and fun ! I had the best day and so thankful. It was a great experience in Japan, especially in Osaka, with Yuichi as our tour guide. He is very patient, kind, and able to adjust to our pace. He extended his guiding period without asking for additional charges. In the future, to make his service more interesting, if possible, I suggest improving his English speaking capability.
