The tour was well worth the money, and our guide Gary was very professional. I booked a 1-day tour with Klook when I visited Osaka last winter, and the guide contacted me via WhatsApp beforehand. This time, no one contacted me in advance, which made me very anxious, but everything started very well when we arrived at the meeting point on time as booked. I had a wonderful trip with my husband and children, the lunch was delicious, and enjoying green tea was a lot of fun. You should book this tour if it's your first time visiting the destinations on the itinerary, so you don't have to worry about food or transportation.

I had so much fun, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish! Since it’s a self-guided tour, there was plenty of room for exploring on our own while still having the flexibility to enjoy the trip at our own pace. Our guide, HaoWen, was also very thoughtful and gave us souvenirs at the end of the trip. Would definitely recommend this tour!

We had a fun tour with our guide Takeshi. He showed us areas which we normally wouldn't know about or find out. He gave us some useful tips and some historical facts. We had this tour the day after our arrival! Recommended if you are for the first time in Japan!

I had two teenage boys and they enjoyed it a lot. We really liked having a Japanese guide. It was like going out with Auntie. The tour was flexible so we took extra time in one area which limited time in others. There was an option to extend time which was nice if you want to stop along the way. My only reason for doing 4/5 for value is it is labeled as a food tour but no food was included in the cost. It’s really a guided market tour. Well worth the cost for a guide because the markets are like a maze and Google/Apple maps aren’t great navigating markets or recommending best places to try speciality foods. I’d recommend for families or anyone who can get overwhelmed by the hundreds of options. Total necessity in the heat of summer to have a guide.

Our driver provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and made our trip to Himeji Castle stress-free and enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and he drove safely while navigating the area with ease. What really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the day. He even assisted us with translating while we were shopping for a gift, which made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond were greatly appreciated. Thanks to his excellent service, we were able to relax and enjoy one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. The tour was so much fun, and my parents really enjoyed themselves. We rode a coaster for 10 people. The tour guide was always caring and attentive to my parents, which we really appreciated. He is funny and kind. Everything was on time, and the tour guide was very knowledgeable.
