The tour was well worth the money, and our guide, Gary, was very professional. When I visited Osaka last winter, I booked a one-day tour through Klook, and the guide contacted me via WhatsApp beforehand. This time, no one contacted me in advance, which made me quite anxious. However, everything started very smoothly once we arrived at the designated time and meeting point. My husband, children, and I had a wonderful trip, enjoyed a delicious lunch, and had a great time tasting green tea. I highly recommend booking this tour if it's your first time visiting the places on the itinerary, as it takes care of your meals and transportation.

I had so much fun, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish! Since it’s a self-guided tour, there was plenty of room for exploring on our own while still having the flexibility to enjoy the trip at our own pace. Our guide, HaoWen, was also very thoughtful and gave us souvenirs at the end of the trip. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Steven is a very pleasant guide who takes the time to explain the tips and tricks of each neighborhood. He knows how to understand your expectations and meet them brilliantly. Kudos for his great mood and constant smile. A wonderful tour that I highly recommend!

We had a fun tour with our guide Takeshi. He showed us areas which we normally wouldn't know about or find out. He gave us some useful tips and some historical facts. We had this tour the day after our arrival! Recommended if you are for the first time in Japan!

I had two teenage boys and they enjoyed it a lot. we really liked having a Japanese guide. it was like going out with Auntie. the tour was flexible so we took extra time in one area which limited time in others. there was an option to extend time which was nice if you want to stop along the way. My only reason for doing 4/5 for value is it is labeled as a food tour but no food was included in the cost. It’s really a guided market tour. Well worth the cost for a guide because the markets are like a maze and Google/Apple maps aren’t great navigating markets or recommending best places to try speciality foods. I’d recommend for families or anyone who can get overwhelmed by the hundreds of options. total necessity in the heat of summer to have a guide.

Our driver provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and made our trip to Himeji Castle stress-free and enjoyable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and he drove safely while navigating the area with ease. What really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the day. He even assisted us with translating while we were shopping for a gift, which made the experience much easier and more enjoyable. His kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond were greatly appreciated. Thanks to his excellent service, we were able to relax and enjoy one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Booked this for my family of 6. It was very convenient as we wanted a private transport arrangement with pick up from our hotel. The itinerary was customised based on what we wanted to see which was Nara-Uji- Kyoto all in 10 hours. Had to top up 3000 yen to add Uji + parking/toll fees (separate- it was around 10000yen) but it was worth it! The company contacted us prior to the trip to confirm the itinerary and pick up time. Lunch can be arranged or you can eat at any one of your stops. This trip would never have happened with the usual bus tour as typically it would be just two cities Nara & Kyoto (Uji not included). Driver was very polite throughout but could only speak in Mandarin. Not an issue as we were able to communicate using Google Translate. Driver waited in the car while we took our time to explore and we were not rushed at all. Just need to be mindful that it takes around 1.5hrs back to Osaka city from Kyoto. Our family had the best time. Thank you!
