I think I was extremely fortunate to join this tour. If you want to experience the wonders of northern Yunnan, including trekking along Hutiaoxia (Tiger Leaping Gorge), marvelous Shangri-La temples, and the golden dawn of Meili Mountain, this is a must-go trip. I have traveled to Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Luoyang, the Northeast region, Xiamen, Quanzhou, and even Xinjiang, but this was the best trip so far in China. I am also very grateful to the tour organizer for arranging very nice hotels within a limited budget. I was able to communicate with the guide with my limited Chinese, so it's better to make sure you are accompanied by an English-speaking guide or tour participants ahead of time. The driver also served as a hiking guide, taking great responsibility for the tourists in the group. He was well-organized and frequently called to confirm the location of group members.

I was very fortunate to join this tour. Driver Master Yang was very reliable and responsible, and traveling in his car felt safe and comfortable. Trekking guide Master Yuan was also very experienced, knowing the routes and spots like the back of his hand. I was very satisfied with all the arrangements, including the itinerary and hotels. As someone traveling alone to a high-altitude region for the first time, I felt completely at ease and was also lucky to meet friendly and lovely tour mates and roommates.

The "Hidden Shangri-La" trip was truly the most comfortable family outing we've had recently. The scenery along the way was breathtaking, from the layered clouds to the majestic snow-capped mountains that greeted us. Every stretch of road felt like traveling through a painting, and the tranquility and grandeur were truly soul-cleansing. I especially want to commend our driver and guide, Master Sanfeng. The winding mountain roads in Yunnan are extremely challenging, with many turns, but he drove incredibly steadily. Even on complex sections, we felt very safe and the journey was efficient. Master Sanfeng is very down-to-earth; he reminded us to avoid shopping traps at tourist spots and even took us to several lesser-known viewpoints that couldn't be found on navigation apps. We avoided the crowds and faced the magnificent mountain ranges directly – the sense of awe was truly unparalleled. Because we had a change in our itinerary midway, Master Sanfeng specially helped us optimize a more comfortable route. He was incredibly thoughtful, always asking if we were experiencing altitude sickness and constantly monitoring our physical condition throughout the trip. We were able to experience such pure Yunnan scenery thanks to meeting the reliable Master Sanfeng. This trip was perfectly fulfilling with no regrets!

His driving skills were steady, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey throughout; he was punctual, making the itinerary smooth and on time; his knowledge was extensive, and his explanations were vivid and interesting; he provided proactive and enthusiastic service, always considering our needs. It was a long journey, but the driver safely took us to the tourist attractions. You can enjoy the Tea Horse Road of Yunnan even from inside the car, and the sunrise is also a spectacular sight. If you have the chance, please participate and experience China's Yellowstone.

The driver's skills were excellent! There was a lot of driving on the trip, but I didn't get carsick at all 🚗. Plus, the introductions were very detailed and wonderful. I met new friends throughout the journey and even saw the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' 🏔️, which was incredibly lucky! If I travel again in the future, I will definitely choose this place again. It was truly a worthwhile trip!

Amazing tour! First of all, our tour guide, Xiong San, helped us a lot. We are Korean and couldn't speak any Chinese. Xiong San and us communicated using a translation app, and it worked very well. Xiong San is a local from Lijiang, so he told us many stories about the culture of Yunnan. We could feel the welcome and warm heart of the Lijiang locals through him. He is a really friendly guy and helped us avoid scams, taking good care of us. Secondly, the tour was well-planned to enjoy nature without a tight schedule, allowing us to have a relaxing holiday. We couldn't go to Haba Snow Mountain due to government policy, but the replacement accommodation had an amazing view. Generally, all accommodations were great, and the owners welcomed us. I highly recommend this tour to foreigners like us.
