Co dělat v Tiger Leaping Gorge

recommended tour. the basic meal pack consists of a bun, banana and fruit and pepsi. we stopped by 3 photo spots on the way. at zhanglaoshi rest stop, we changed to a smaller car and drove to the halfway house area. then we started the 6.8km hike (3.2km up and 3.6km downhill). the driver is also the tour guide, my tour guide was very professional and helpful. i was inexperienced in hiking mountain paths and needed extra assistance and he was there to assist me on the downhill section. important to note that for people with no hiking experience, the downhill path is rather scary as there are no barriers and the path is filled with rocks. this middle gorge route also does not include the upper gorge, so you won't be able to get the "iconic" tiger gorge photo. pick this route only if you are interested in the experience of hiking haba mountain. the hike takes around 2-3h depending on your speed and experience.

This one day tour was a great experience for me and my husband - absolutely breathtaking scenery. The itinerary is well planned, with many scenic rest stops to take photos, grab a snack and use the bathroom. Our driver Mr Li was very professional and friendly and made the trip relaxing and enjoyable.

There were two of us in our group. This is a cost-effective product that allows you to explore Tiger Leaping Gorge and Shangri-La by car for a day. However, since the tour is conducted in Chinese, it seems only suitable for those who can speak Chinese.

Very nice tour. Not rushed. Just a steady pace for us to savor everything. Best day was the first day where we get to do a light hike and go mushroom picking. The weather was quite hot in the summer but nights were cool. Unfortunately the last day we didn't get to view the sunrise over Meili Mountains due to rain and fog. Anyhow big thanks to our excellent guide YiXiLaMu. Excellent driving and helpful in every way.

Prohlídka zahrnovala turistické hole. Šli jsme od parkoviště k hostinci Teahorse, zpět k hostinci Halfway na oběd a k vodopádu Longdong. Průvodce nám dal možnost jít do hostince Zhanglaoshi sami, místo abychom se vraceli stejnou cestou k autu, a vyzvedl nás na hlavní silnici na konci stezky. Celkem 12,7 km túra, ale terén byl snadný a vhodný pro začátečníky. Průvodce nám pořídil mnoho fotografií a poslal nám je téměř okamžitě přes WeChat. Velmi bezpečná jízda po horských silnicích.

Tato cesta byla perfektní! Cestovní kancelář nám vyšla vstříc s našimi požadavky na itinerář a komunikace tam i zpět byla velmi jasná. Mistr Xia byl také skvělý, celou cestu se s námi dělil o informace o památkách v Yunnanu. Jeho vyprávění bylo velmi zajímavé a dal nám dostatek času na focení. Cesta do hor byla plná zatáček, ale mistr řídil velmi stabilně a bezpečně, takže se nám celou dobu nedělalo špatně! Auto bylo také velmi pohodlné, čisté a prostorné. Když jsme dorazili k hoře Meili Snow Mountain a viděli zlaté hory ozářené sluncem, stříbrné hory ozářené měsícem a nádherný západ slunce, opravdu to stálo za to a dokonale to zakončilo naši cestu!
