aanbevolen tour. het basismaaltijdpakket bestaat uit een broodje, banaan en fruit en Pepsi. onderweg stopten we bij 3 fotoplekken. bij de rustplaats van Zhanglaoshi stapten we over op een kleinere auto en reden we naar het halfway house-gebied. daarna begonnen we aan de 6,8 km lange wandeling (3,2 km omhoog en 3,6 km omlaag). de chauffeur is ook de gids, mijn gids was zeer professioneel en behulpzaam. ik was onervaren in het wandelen op bergpaden en had extra hulp nodig, en hij was er om me te helpen op het afdalende gedeelte. belangrijk om op te merken dat voor mensen zonder wandelervaring het afdalende pad nogal eng is, aangezien er geen barrières zijn en het pad vol rotsen ligt. deze middenkloofroute omvat ook niet de bovenkloof, dus je zult de 'iconische' tijgerklooffoto niet kunnen maken. kies deze route alleen als je geïnteresseerd bent in de ervaring van het wandelen op de Haba-berg. de wandeling duurt ongeveer 2-3 uur, afhankelijk van je snelheid en ervaring.

This one day tour was a great experience for me and my husband - absolutely breathtaking scenery. The itinerary is well planned, with many scenic rest stops to take photos, grab a snack and use the bathroom. This is a cost-effective product that allows you to explore Tiger Leaping Gorge and Shangri-La by car for a day. However, since the tour is conducted in Chinese, it seems only suitable for those who can speak Chinese.

Very nice tour. Not rushed. Just a steady pace for us to savor everything. Best day was the first day where we get to do a light hike and go mushroom picking. The weather was quite hot in the summer but nights were cool. Unfortunately the last day we didn't get to view the sunrise over Meili Mountains due to rain and fog. Anyhow big thanks to our excellent guide YiXiLaMu. Excellent driving and helpful in every way.

De tour voorzag in wandelstokken. We liepen van waar we parkeerden naar de theehuis-herberg, terug naar de halverwege-herberg om te lunchen en naar de Longdong-waterval. De gids gaf ons de optie om op eigen gelegenheid naar de Zhanglaoshi-herberg te lopen in plaats van dezelfde weg terug naar de auto te lopen, en haalde ons op aan de hoofdweg aan het einde van het pad. In totaal 12,7 km wandelen, maar het terrein was gemakkelijk en beginnersvriendelijk. De gids maakte veel foto's van ons en stuurde deze bijna onmiddellijk via WeChat. Zeer veilig rijden op de bergweggetjes.
