Kumamoto Castle is an architectural marvel worth mentioning; I took many photos from different perspectives, and every angle revealed intricate details. I was really looking forward to seeing the crater of Mount Aso, but unfortunately, there was a red alert this time, so I could only gaze at the volcano spewing black smoke from a distance. It started raining when I was at Kusasenri, which is a very comfortable place with endless green fields, very therapeutic. The horses there were very robust.

Super fuss free to book and redeem, just show the QR code at the counter. Would recommend this activity to families! It was really fun and my kids really enjoyed getting up close to the cute animals and feeding them. You will need to pay for the food to feed the animals (I think it was around 100yen for a small bucket and 300yen for a big bucket if I remember correctly). Do note this ticket is only for the animal feeding and not for the outdoor/indoor play areas that are separate.

Give tour guide Zhang Chao a thumbs up! 👍🏻 He introduced local stories and history on the bus, and constantly reminded us to be careful when walking due to slippery roads in the rain. He was very thoughtful. Thank you for your hard work all day!

The driver drove very smoothly, making the ride comfortable, and their service attitude was excellent. They guided us at every attraction, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost, and the itinerary was thoughtfully arranged. They even took us to a delicious lunch, which made the trip even better. Highly-recommended tour! The sites visited were very beautiful; it’s very good if you want to get some fresh air. It rained when we were in Takachicho Gorge but we still enjoyed the trip very much. Eichii-san is very knowledgeable and cares a lot about the guests. The driver Kimura-san is also very nice and patient.

Jimmy-san is a warm and friendly person who knows the itinerary very well. The experience was great. Plus, a bonus photo of him running to get the boat tickets!

Despite the rainy weather, the day trip to Mount Aso, Takachiho, and Kumano Shrine was a very good overall experience. Our guide, EIICHI, was very dedicated throughout the journey, providing explanations and introductions in both languages, allowing us to understand local Japanese culture even on a day trip. He was also very friendly and considerate towards elderly travelers, constantly reminding them to be careful and suggesting places to rest. The overall atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable, and there was ample time at each attraction to walk around, explore, and take photos. The driver also drove safely and smoothly, making the ride comfortable and allowing for good rest without motion sickness.

The itinerary for this trip was: departing from Tenjin city center -> Itoshima Hana Salt Pudding -> Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks) at Futamigaura -> Tsukamoto Seafood Restaurant -> Miyajidake Shrine -> Munakata Shrine. The driver was very thoughtful! His service attitude was very friendly! He also recommended a delicious seafood restaurant, and my family all thought it was very good 👍🏽 The car was clean and tidy, and the entire journey was very smooth and perfect 💯
