Molt fàcil de reservar i bescanviar, només cal mostrar el codi QR al taulell. Recomanaria aquesta activitat a les famílies! Va ser molt divertit i els meus fills van gaudir molt acostant-se als animals simpàtics i donant-los de menjar. Haureu de pagar pel menjar per alimentar els animals (crec que eren uns 100 iens per una galleda petita i 300 iens per una galleda gran, si no recordo malament). Tingueu en compte que aquesta entrada és només per a l'alimentació dels animals i no per a les zones de joc exteriors/interiors que són independents.

After booking, customer service reached out to confirm the itinerary very quickly. They were extremely prompt with their replies and accommodated our requests as much as possible. Our driver, Mr. Hong, provided exceptional service and was very polite. Since a family member needed a wheelchair, Mr. Hong proactively helped with getting in and out of the vehicle multiple times. His thoughtful and attentive service gave us great peace of mind. During the trip, Mr. Hong also enthusiastically introduced the sights along the way, making the entire journey quite pleasant. We arrived early at the Kumamoto Station Shinkansen West Exit to meet up. Our tour guide, Sun Peng, came over to gather the group. Since we were carrying luggage and planning to leave the tour in Kurokawa, the guide proactively asked if we had already arranged our hotel pick-up and drop-off. Although we could have arranged it ourselves, he went ahead and did it for us. Since Kurokawa has multiple parking lots, as a tourist, it would have been difficult to clearly communicate the exact pick-up spot with the hotel. Thumbs up for the guide's thoughtfulness! It was a gorgeous sunny day, and every scenic spot made for great photos. As a tourist, the experience was fantastic. Guide Sun also helped take photos for everyone, kept the commentary along the way witty and humorous, took meticulous care of us, and reminded us in advance of important points to keep in mind during the sightseeing. This trip is a great one-day tour option, much more convenient than planning and executing it yourself, and I highly recommend it!

It was my first time in Kumamoto, and I was so lucky to have tour guide Yin Delong! Our guide was incredibly thoughtful and responsible, patiently explaining everything from attraction details and transportation methods to even the smallest nuances. I was particularly impressed when the guide personally drew maps for us, making it much clearer how to get around; it truly showed their dedication. The driver also had excellent driving skills! Although our trip encountered rain, attraction renovations, and fog at Kusasenri, Yin Delong was still very patient in assisting us and helped resolve any unexpected issues. Thank you for saying we can contact you with any questions about Kyushu in the future. I hope to have the chance to join your tour again on my next visit to Kyushu!

Jimmy was a great guide! It’s always enjoyable when you have a lead that is relaxed and can make a bus laugh/smile. My family and I enjoyed the day trip. The sights were beautiful and so worth it. Would totally recommend and if you are lucky to have Jimmy you’ll have an awesome time touring Fukuoka.

Un dia increïble al mont Aso! Tot va estar perfectament organitzat amb una gran planificació i puntualitat, fins i tot vam aconseguir avançar-nos a altres grups turístics, cosa que va fer que l'experiència fos molt més relaxada i agradable. La nostra guia, Daisy Wu, va ser increïblement amable, simpàtica i atenta. Va fer que tothom se sentís còmode i ben atès durant tot el dia. L'itinerari estava ben equilibrat, permetent-nos veure llocs preciosos sense sentir-nos apressats. Recomano molt aquesta excursió si voleu una experiència fluida, eficient i memorable!

Com que el transport i el temps per anar a Aso i Takachiho són una mica inconvenients, vaig participar en una excursió d'un dia. La guia turística, Jiang Cui, va ser molt entusiasta i amable. Vam anar-hi al juny de 2026, durant la temporada de pluges, i segur que plouria a la muntanya, així que, per desgràcia, el paisatge no era tan bonic. La primera parada va ser l'estació del trenet de Takachiho (on venien impermeables d'un sol ús). Després, hi hauria un tram de senders per veure el canyó, fins a l'autobús de tornada (recordeu agafar un autobús anterior per tornar al punt de partida, no intenteu tornar caminant) (només hi ha un vehicle de 9 places cada vegada). Allà hi havia una senyora gran que venia mochi calent i gelats, que estaven força bons. Si us agraden els productes locals de dalt, compreu-los de seguida, ja que potser no n'hi haurà quan baixeu. La següent parada va ser el Santuari de Takachiho per veure els arbres sagrats gegants. Finalment, vam arribar a l'àrea de servei de Kusasenri, on al segon pis venien àpats (molt cars), i a la planta baixa hi havia productes locals i una cafeteria. De nou, si us agrada alguna cosa, compreu-la, ja que algunes galetes són exclusives d'aquesta botiga. En general, el temps de l'itinerari estava ben gestionat, i no hi havia pressa per fer fotos. No sé si el conductor tenia un horari de treball diari, però semblava que conduïa força ràpid durant tot el trajecte.

The time allocated for different spots could have been increased especially given that we came back one hour before time.. I.e. 5pm instead of allocated 6.00 pm.

Guide Im Geun-young went above and beyond to take care of us all day, and thanks to you, we had a wonderful and enjoyable trip! We were worried when we heard the Mt. Aso crater was closed, but we could still see it clearly from a distance, and the vast, open landscape was breathtaking. You took so many great photos for us, so we got wonderful pictures with our family too..!! You also recommended great photo spots, so I captured the shot of a lifetime^^. I was looking forward to Kurokawa Onsen, but the itinerary leading up to it was fantastic as well. You gave us so many interesting explanations along the way, and I learned a lot!
