After booking, customer service reached out to confirm the itinerary very quickly. They were extremely prompt with their replies and accommodated our requests as much as possible. Our driver, Mr. Hong, provided exceptional service and was very polite. Since a family member needed a wheelchair, Mr. Hong proactively helped with getting in and out of the vehicle multiple times. His thoughtful and attentive service gave us great peace of mind. During the trip, Mr. Hong also enthusiastically introduced the sights along the way, making the entire journey quite pleasant. We arrived early at the Kumamoto Station Shinkansen West Exit to meet up. Our tour guide, Sun Peng, came over to gather the group. Since we were carrying luggage and planning to leave the tour in Kurokawa, the guide proactively asked if we had already arranged our hotel pick-up and drop-off. Although we could have arranged it ourselves, he went ahead and did it for us. Since Kurokawa has multiple parking lots, as a tourist, it would have been difficult to clearly communicate the exact pick-up spot with the hotel. Thumbs up for the guide's thoughtfulness! It was a gorgeous sunny day, and every scenic spot made for great photos. As a tourist, the experience was fantastic. Guide Sun also helped take photos for everyone, kept the commentary along the way witty and humorous, took meticulous care of us, and reminded us in advance of important points to keep in mind during the sightseeing. This trip is a great one-day tour option, much more convenient than planning and executing it yourself, and I highly recommend it!

It was my first time in Kumamoto, and I was so lucky to have tour guide Yin Delong! Our guide was incredibly thoughtful and responsible, patiently explaining everything from attraction details and transportation methods to even the smallest nuances. I was particularly impressed when the guide personally drew maps for us, making it much clearer how to get around; it truly showed their dedication. The driver also had excellent driving skills! Although our trip encountered rain, attraction renovations, and fog at Kusasenri, Yin Delong was still very patient in assisting us and helped resolve any unexpected issues. Thank you for saying we can contact you with any questions about Kyushu in the future. I hope to have the chance to join your tour again on my next visit to Kyushu!

Jimmy was a great guide! It’s always enjoyable when you have a lead that is relaxed and can make a bus laugh/smile. My family and I enjoyed the day trip. The sights were beautiful and so worth it. Would totally recommend and if you are lucky to have Jimmy you’ll have an awesome time touring Fukuoka.

Amazing day trip to Mount Aso! Everything was perfectly organized with great planning and timing, we even managed to stay ahead of other tour groups, which made the experience feel much more relaxed and enjoyable. Our guide, Daisy Wu, was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive. She made everyone feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. The itinerary was well balanced, allowing us to see beautiful spots without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour if you want a smooth, efficient, and memorable experience!

Guide Im Geun-young went above and beyond to take care of us all day, and thanks to you, we had a wonderful and enjoyable trip! We were worried when we heard the Mt. Aso crater was closed, but we could still see it clearly from a distance, and the vast, open landscape was breathtaking. You took so many great photos for us, so we got wonderful pictures with our family too..!! You also recommended great photo spots, so I captured the shot of a lifetime^^. I was looking forward to Kurokawa Onsen, but the itinerary leading up to it was fantastic as well. You gave us so many interesting explanations along the way, and I learned a lot! Because transportation and timing for Mt. Aso and Takachiho are a bit inconvenient, I joined a one-day tour. Our guide, Jiang Cui, was enthusiastic and friendly. We went in June 2026 during the rainy season, so it was definitely raining in the mountains, which unfortunately made the scenery less beautiful. The first stop was the Takachiho Gorge Railway station (where disposable raincoats were sold). Next, there was a hiking trail to see the gorge, leading to the shuttle bus pick-up point (remember to take an earlier shuttle back to the original starting point for the group, don't try to walk back) (the shuttle is a 9-seater van, only one at a time). There was an old lady selling hot mochi and ice cream there, which were quite good. If you like any of the local specialties sold there, you should buy them then, as they might not be available on the way back down the mountain. The next stop was Takachiho Shrine to see the enormous sacred trees. Finally, we arrived at the Kusasenri rest stop. The second floor here sells full meals (very expensive), while the first floor has local specialties and a coffee shop. Again, if you like something, buy it, as some cookies are exclusive to this store. Overall, the timing of the tour was well-managed, and we didn't feel rushed when taking photos. I'm not sure if the driver had a set working time for the day, but it felt like he drove quite fast throughout the trip.

Ο οδηγός ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός! Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ φιλική! Μας πρότεινε επίσης ένα υπέροχο εστιατόριο με θαλασσινά, το οποίο άρεσε πολύ και στην οικογένειά μου 👍🏽 Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο, και όλο το ταξίδι ήταν πολύ ομαλό και επιτυχημένο 💯
