After extensive research on Kyushu, I found that compared to the hassle of transfers with independent travel, choosing a bus tour is a hundred times more convenient! No need to scramble for Yufuin no Mori train tickets or deal with JR transfers; everything is arranged for you. The view from the summit of Daikanbo is superb, and if you're lucky, you might see a sea of clouds. Aso Shrine is quiet and ancient, with its matchmaking pine and sacred spring creating a wonderful atmosphere. Yufuin offers fairytale shops, the No-Face character stand, and comprehensive coverage of Kinrin Lake, allowing you to freely find desserts and snacks.

One day, visit Daikanbo, Aso Shrine, Yufuin, and take the Yufuin no Mori train. The itinerary is perfect, highly recommended!

Our tour guide was Ms. Zheng Li (Lily) from Shanghai. She was very friendly, down-to-earth, and her speaking pace was comfortable to listen to. During the trip, a group member felt unwell at Kusasenri, and an ambulance was called to take them to the hospital. Lily continued to show concern and provide updates afterwards, demonstrating great dedication and responsibility. Furthermore, her commentary and explanations on the bus were very detailed. We were very fortunate to have such an experienced and responsible tour guide. We highly recommend her to anyone planning their next trip. We, group members A1-A6, are very grateful.

Our tour guide, Lily, was incredibly attentive throughout the day, and her explanations of the attractions were comprehensive. On the way back, she even shared her personal recommendations for food, hotels, and shops.

It's very convenient to depart from Hakata Station. Although the journey is a bit long, having a bus transfer makes it very relaxing! The tour guide was enthusiastic and professional, introducing attractions and important information along the way. Takachiho Gorge is truly beautiful, and the overall itinerary is well-arranged. I highly recommend this tour for first-time visitors to Kyushu ☺️

Aso-san was still closed, so we couldn't see it, but the alternative route wasn't too bad. It was drizzling for half the time, but luckily it stopped when we went on the boat ride. It took almost 3-4 hours to get there and almost an hour at each stop. The guide was helpful.

Prepare your comfortable shoes because you will be doing a lot of walking.
