Tour guide Xiao Zheng was amazing! 100 stars for him ⭐! He speaks Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, and is very professional. His explanations were humorous, and he diligently introduced the local characteristics of the attractions. The food he recommended was excellent. It was a fantastic day, and the Aso Volcano route was wonderful! The green mountains were very therapeutic.

Our tour guide, Zhu Zhu, was very friendly and engaging. The itinerary was excellent. When we arrived at Kusasenri at noon, there was a lot of fog on the mountain top, so we changed plans and went to Mount Aso for photos first. After returning to Kusasenri and having lunch, the fog finally cleared, allowing us to capture beautiful photos of Kusasenri and the volcano. We are very satisfied with this tour. Thank you, Guide Zhu Zhu!

We visited many places during the tour and had time to browse many souvenirs and food throughout. Mount Aso crater was unfortunately closed, but we were still able to enjoy and take in the amazing views. Our guides, especially Sun, were so accommodating, even though my friend and I were the only two English-speaking people on the trip. They were both really jolly and provided good information about the places, and also gave tips on food and where else to visit around Fukuoka. So, thank you so much to them :)

Thomas is great at taking photos and explains things very well. The itinerary isn't rushed, so you can rest properly and don't have to worry about the hassle of JR travel yourself.

Traveling to Fukuoka with my mother, it was our first time joining a day tour. Although some parts of the itinerary were affected by the rainy weather, we are very grateful to Ms. Shih-Nan, our Chinese-speaking guide today, who consistently maintained her enthusiasm in introducing the tour. The scenery at Kusasenri is beautiful, and the paid horseback riding experience on the vast grassland is wonderful. Our guide, Thomas, was humorous and provided excellent service, managing the time perfectly. The Kurokawa Onsen ryokan he recommended for a hot spring experience is definitely worth trying. Although the tour vehicle was a small bus, it was clean and comfortable. The overall trip was great, and I would visit again if I have the chance!

Experience a fantastic day trip to Kumamoto and Aso from Fukuoka! Our guide, Nanami, was incredibly kind, and the weather was perfect that day. We saw the beautiful Kusasenri, which was truly wonderful.
