Paradise Cave

The itinerary was great; I enjoyed all the places we went to, and our tour guide, Hoang, was also great. I learned a lot from him, and he made the tour very interesting with the facts he shared. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vietnam and going to Dong Hoi.

This day trip is a must do, genuinely one of the best I have ever been on. The caves are stunning and our guide Trà (Jessica) literally made the trip 10/5 stars for me. She had a good sense of humour, was super professional and informative in making sure our group got the most out of the day, and really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a good day😊 I would highly, highly recommend both Trà as a guide and this tour to anyone considering it!!

I had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Mr Long! Our ride was smooth and driver was very accommodating. Mr Long was very informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire tour. The weather was quite rainy, but he still made sure we were comfortable and helped us navigate around safely. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His effort really made the experience enjoyable despite the rain. Thank you so much for making our tour memorable! Highly recommended! ❤️

Tuyen, our guide, is an absolute superstar. She had the challenge of providing information in English and Vietnamese, as our group was split 50/50. She gave a lot of good information and made sure no one in the group was left behind. The value for the price we paid was quite reasonable, considering it included transportation both ways and a very nice 7-8 course authentic Vietnamese family-style lunch. A note about the Paradise Cave tour: there are A LOT of stairs to get up to the cave entrance. Then, once inside the cave, there are a lot of steps down and then back up. The large boats for Phong Nha Cave were covered, so there was no real need for hats or sunscreen, thankfully. THANK YOU TUYEN for such a great tour!!!

After countless hours of research, we ultimately chose the Paradise Elegance for our two-day, one-night family trip. Although considering the actual daylight hours of the itinerary, we wouldn't be spending much time in the room, to avoid any cramped feeling, we still opted for the balcony room for a better experience, allowing us to enjoy the view of Ha Long Bay right outside our window in the morning. ▪︎ Transfer Service The day before departure, staff and the driver communicated the departure arrangements via WhatsApp. We were picked up from Hanoi in a spacious 7-seater car (since our hotel was near Hoan Kiem Lake, we didn't need to go to a meeting point and could board directly at the hotel). During the approximately 3.5-hour drive, a stop was arranged at a rest area (where you can buy snacks and coffee). Please note that the second-day itinerary ends at 10:45, but you will still need to wait at the meeting point for about an hour for the transport to arrive. ▪︎ Itinerary Ha Long Bay itineraries generally include Titov Island and Sung Sot Cave; the differences among various cruises lie primarily in the onboard facilities and activities. Staff members accompany guests to the attractions and provide English introductions, which is very thoughtful. ▪︎ Dining Both the first day's lunch and the return breakfast on the second day are in buffet style, offering about 8 hot dishes, 2 soups, salads, sushi, desserts, juices, and more. On the second morning, a light bread breakfast is served before the activities begin. For dinner, each person can choose two main courses, with dessert, soup, and appetizers also provided. On the first day, there is even a happy hour with buy-one-get-one-free alcoholic drinks!

Amazing views, wonderful staff and fun activities! Never a full moment and felt very well tended to!
