Cruzeiro Paraíso Elegância 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long com Sung Sot & Ti Top

After countless hours of research, we ultimately chose the Paradise Elegance for our two-day, one-night family trip. Although considering the actual daylight hours of the itinerary, we wouldn't be spending much time in the room, to avoid any cramped feeling, we still opted for the balcony room for a better experience, allowing us to enjoy the view of Ha Long Bay right outside our window in the morning. ▪︎ Transfer Service The day before departure, staff and the driver communicated the departure arrangements via WhatsApp. We were picked up from Hanoi in a spacious 7-seater car (since our hotel was near Hoan Kiem Lake, we didn't need to go to a meeting point and could board directly at the hotel). During the approximately 3.5-hour drive, a stop was arranged at a rest area (where you can buy snacks and coffee). Please note that the second-day itinerary ends at 10:45, but you will still need to wait at the meeting point for about an hour for the transport to arrive. ▪︎ Itinerary Ha Long Bay itineraries generally include Titov Island and Sung Sot Cave; the differences among various cruises lie primarily in the onboard facilities and activities. Staff members accompany guests to the attractions and provide English introductions, which is very thoughtful. ▪︎ Dining Both the first day's lunch and the return breakfast on the second day are in buffet style, offering about 8 hot dishes, 2 soups, salads, sushi, desserts, juices, and more. On the second morning, a light bread breakfast is served before the activities begin. For dinner, each person can choose two main courses, with dessert, soup, and appetizers also provided. On the first day, there is even a happy hour with buy-one-get-one-free alcoholic drinks!

We traveled with three generations, from an 80-year-old to a 10-year-old, and it was an enjoyable trip that satisfied everyone. Lunch and breakfast were buffets, and dinner was a course meal, all of which were very delicious. The dinner, in particular, allowed us to choose two dishes from five main options, and both the taste and quantity were perfect. There were also plenty of activities, making it a cruise where we never got bored. There was an announcement before all activities, but there was no announcement for the morning cave exploration (presumably because some people might still be sleeping), and we missed the boat for the tour. It was clearly written in the itinerary, so it was entirely our mistake, but it was very disappointing. All explanations are in English, so you need to check the itinerary carefully and act on your own. Please be aware of this. All the staff members were also very friendly and wonderful people.

Paradise Elegance was fully booked, and we were upgraded to the Paradise Peak Suite Room, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. With only 14 guests onboard, the staff’s attention to detail was impeccable. The entire team—from the captain and bartender to the cruise manager and tour staff—was exceptional, making our trip truly memorable. The food was outstanding, with dishes like steak and lobster, and the tours were well-planned and enjoyable. The itinerary was rich and of very high quality, starting with a free private car transfer from Hanoi. The room decoration was good, and the bed was very comfortable. The lunch buffet food was also very delicious. The afternoon itinerary was packed, but the only downside was that Titop Island was very crowded, making it difficult to swim in the water. Happy Hour offered buy-one-get-one-free, and there was also a Vietnamese spring roll cooking class, where you could eat the finished product. Dinner was a high-quality Western meal, including lobster, steak, etc. Overall, I was very satisfied with the itinerary!

We are upgraded to captain's deck suite! From the moment we hop on to the service limo van, we are already treated like elite, free flow of food all day, very convenient excursions. We went to Titop Island and Peak. Floating Pearl farm and Kayaking, Squid Fishing at night and visited the amazing Hang Sung Sot cave! The staffs are so kind, I highly recommend ppl to book Paradise Elegance, they exceeded my expectations and made our stay a trip of a lifetime in Halong that I would never forget. The overall service process was very smooth. The only minor issue was that the lounge environment and order were a bit chaotic while waiting to board, with some tourists being noisy, but it was still勉强 acceptable. After boarding, the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room matched the advertised photos, the cabin was clean, well-ventilated, and the bed was very comfortable. The meals were also abundant. The island excursions and the stalactite cave were absolutely worth visiting.

Highly recommended! The itinerary and food were excellent. We also saw unprecedented beautiful scenery on the boat, adding many wonderful memories to our trip to Vietnam.

After comparing various options, choosing Paradise Cruise 🚢 was absolutely the right decision. I've been on large cruise ships many times, but the individual service here is truly wonderful 👍😀. I'd love to use them again.
