經歷無數次資料搜尋後，最終選擇**天堂雅緻號 (Paradise Elegance )** 作為與家人同行的兩天一夜的行程。雖說以整體行程中的天亮時間來說，其實逗留在房內的時間沒多少，為了避免空間太狹窄的感覺，還是挑選了更好體驗的露台房間，可以享受早上一眼望去便是下龍灣的景色。 ▪︎ 接送服務 出發前一天會有員工及司機以 whatsapp 方式溝通好出發安排，以寬敞的7人車從河內接送(酒店位置在還劍湖無須到集合點，可以直接於酒店上車) ，約3.5小時車程中，會安排一個休息站(可以購買小食及咖啡) 。**須留意第二天行程10:45 完結，但仍須於集合地點等待約1小時才有車接送。 ▪︎ 行程 下龍灣的行程不外乎都是英雄島、驚訝洞，不同行程分別在於船上的設備及活動。船上會安排員工一同出發到景點，並提供英文的景點介紹，非常貼心。 ▪︎ 餐飲 第一天的午餐及第二天回程時的早餐都是自助形式，提供約8款熱食、2款湯品、沙律、壽司、甜品、果汁等。第二天早上會先提供輕型麵包早餐才會開始行程。至於晚餐可以每人選擇兩款主菜，另有甜品、湯及前菜供應。第一天更有安排happy hour時間，酒類飲品買一送一!

This was a bit pricey compared to other Ha Long Bay cryises, but it felt worth it. The rooms and common areas were nice, the staff were very friendly and were fluent in English. The food was pretty good and they are very accommodating to your dietary preferences. A young man close to our table was a vegan and the chef custom made dishes that he could eat. The itinerary seemed good, though similar to most other cruises. Overall, I highly recommend if you want a premium experience!

We traveled with three generations, from an 80-year-old to a 10-year-old, and it was an enjoyable trip that satisfied everyone. Lunch and breakfast were buffets, and dinner was a course meal, all of which were very delicious. The dinner, in particular, allowed us to choose two dishes from five main options, and both the taste and quantity were perfect. There were also plenty of activities, making it a cruise where we never got bored. There was an announcement before all activities, but there was no announcement for the morning cave exploration (presumably because some people might still be sleeping), and we missed the boat for the tour. It was clearly written in the itinerary, so it was entirely our mistake, but it was very disappointing. All explanations are in English, so you need to check the itinerary carefully and act on your own. Please be aware of this. All the staff members were also very friendly and wonderful people.

Paradise Elegance was fully booked, and we were upgraded to the Paradise Peak Suite Room, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. With only 14 guests onboard, the staff’s attention to detail was impeccable. The entire team—from the captain and bartender to the cruise manager and tour staff—was exceptional, making our trip truly memorable. The food was outstanding, with dishes like steak and lobster, and the tours were well-planned and enjoyable. Tôi là một người rất thích đi du thuyền, với hơn 30 chuyến du thuyền riêng lẻ trong 15 năm qua. Tuy nhiên, chuyến du thuyền này, dù ngắn ngủi chỉ 2 ngày 1 đêm, lại là một trong những trải nghiệm tuyệt vời nhất mà tôi từng có. Dịch vụ đón khách tại khách sạn/xe limousine, việc chuyển giao liền mạch lên thuyền, cùng với sự chu đáo và chân thành của đội ngũ nhân viên khách sạn và nhà hàng trên thuyền đã làm cho chuyến đi này trở nên rất đáng nhớ. Chúng tôi rất thích chỗ ở - cabin rất rộng rãi, tiện nghi và được trang bị tốt, cùng với trải nghiệm ăn uống tuyệt vời. Chúng tôi rất cảm kích sự nhiệt tình của đội ngũ nhân viên - Blu, Ryan, và đặc biệt là Krystle. Chúng tôi đặc biệt giới thiệu Paradise Cruises và toàn bộ trải nghiệm Vịnh Hạ Long.

The itinerary was rich and of very high quality, starting with a free private car transfer from Hanoi. The room decoration was good, and the bed was very comfortable. The lunch buffet food was also very delicious. The afternoon itinerary was packed, but the only downside was that Titop Island was very crowded, making it difficult to swim in the water. Happy Hour offered buy-one-get-one-free, and there was also a Vietnamese spring roll cooking class, where you could eat the finished product. Dinner was a high-quality Western meal, including lobster, steak, etc. Overall, I was very satisfied with the itinerary!

We are upgraded to captain's deck suite! From the moment we hop on to the service limo van, we are already treated like elite, free flow of food all day, very convenient excursions. We went to Titop Island and Peak. Floating Pearl farm and Kayaking, Squid Fishing at night and visited the amazing Hang Sung Sot cave! The staffs are so kind, I highly recommend ppl to book Paradise Elegance, they exceeded my expectations and made our stay a trip of a lifetime in Halong that I would never forget. The overall service process was very smooth. The only minor issue was that the lounge environment and order were a bit chaotic while waiting to board, with some tourists being noisy, but it was still勉强 acceptable. After boarding, the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room matched the advertised photos, the cabin was clean, well-ventilated, and the bed was very comfortable. The meals were also abundant. The island excursions and the stalactite cave were absolutely worth visiting.

After comparing various options, choosing Paradise Cruise 🚢 was absolutely the right decision. I've been on large cruise ships many times, but the individual service here is truly wonderful 👍😀. I'd love to use them again.

Highly recommended! The itinerary and food were excellent. We also saw unprecedented beautiful scenery on the boat, adding many wonderful memories to our trip to Vietnam.
