That was a great experience. 1. The company contacted me on WhatsApp days before the tour. 2. The tour guide called me personally to inform me about the exact pickup time. 3. The tour guide came into the lobby personally to pick us up, so I didn't have to look for the right vehicle and couldn't get confused. 4. The tour guide has excellent English. 5. The tour guide made the third part of the whole experience literally great. Very informative, not too much talking, not boring, great guest connection. 5. The caves themselves are unbelievably great! 10000 times recommend!!! I don't think any caves would surprise me after what I have seen today. Dark Cave is a great muddy experience too. Didn't expect that much fun! Some NOTES: 1. You need to have a bikini or a sweater. 2. Part of the Dark Cave experience is zip-lining: not allowed for weights under 40kg and over 90kg. 3. Dark Cave is pretty dark (obviously) and I would not recommend it for claustrophobic people. 4. The Dark Cave experience involves going through water and is a bit colder than the sea.

This tour is worth the money. The tour guide was enthusiastic; out of a group of 10, 8 were foreigners, so he had to present in both English and Vietnamese. Paradise Cave is beautiful. Lunch was delicious and plentiful. The thrilling games on Chay River were amazing, and going to Dark Cave for a mud bath was also interesting, with all equipment fully provided.

Great experience, and wonderful tour guide. The lunch could have been better considering the amount paid. Also should have informed that you will need water shoes, as walking in the dark cave barefoot causes cuts on the feet from the corals. Rest was great.

A great itinerary in Dong Hoi, the guide provided detailed explanations for each attraction. There were two stops for photos, and the main Paradise Cave and Dark Cave had just the right amount of time, so the trip didn't feel rushed. When playing in the Dark Cave, you can leave valuables in the car and wear sandals, which will make walking inside the cave more comfortable.

Initially, we booked the Paradise Cave and Dark Cave tour, but the tour guide mistakenly thought it was the Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave tour. There was about a 400 difference in price, but since it was around 14 degrees Celsius on the day we arrived and we didn't really want to go into the water, we just went with the mistake. Phong Nha Cave was also a great experience.

Paradise Cave is very large, and you can see the changing stalactites. The dark areas are muddy, so you need to walk carefully, but it's a very special experience. The tour guide's English was excellent, and their commentary was very entertaining.

This was a great experience, especially the mud bath in the Black Hole, which was very interesting and everyone had a lot of fun! The two guides were professional, dedicated, and humorous, and lunch was also excellent. It's really worth trying!

Paradise Cave is just average; there are too many places like this in the Southwest. The Black Hole experience, however, was excellent. We got to try ziplining, swimming, wading, climbing, rappelling, mud bathing, and kayaking.

The trip was fantastic. The tour guide was extremely enthusiastic, spoke both English and Vietnamese very well, provided a lot of useful information, and was very humorous. The scenery was beautiful, and the food was quite delicious. My only regret is that the tour wasn't a bit longer; otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.
