Cruzeiro Elite of The Seas 2D1N: Baía de Ha Long e Baía de Lan Ha

I was able to escape the smog and noise of Hanoi and truly heal in pristine nature. All the staff were incredibly kind, and the resort facilities were better than a 5-star hotel in Seoul. I was particularly satisfied with the private balcony and the stylish, clean bathroom. There's a reason this cruise is more expensive than others. All the food was delicious, and the limousine van we used for transfers to and from Hanoi was very comfortable. I regretted not staying for two nights. I will actively recommend it to friends and acquaintances if they say they're going to Ha Long Bay. It was a cruise trip I chose for relaxation before returning to Korea after a strenuous schedule in Sapa, and it was truly wonderful. Even if you're traveling alone, it's great! I enjoyed getting a massage at the resort and healing while listening to good music and admiring the beautiful scenery from the private balcony in my room. The manager and staff were incredibly attentive and took great care of us. If I go to Vietnam again, I would love to use this service again. Especially to Rachel, my manager, thank you so much ❤️

The cruise was great. Good food, friendly staff. It's definitely a good experience. The only disappointment was the round trip transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay. It was unclear on the Klook platform, and I was under the impression that the pick-up would be via a 7-seater limousine (since Elite of the Seas offers free limousine transfer as stated on their website). Yet, I was informed that this tour package is under SST Travel and would be a normal coach bus. I was only notified before the trip. I would probably opt for no transport if that's the case, as a private car might be more worthwhile (there are 4 of us). In the end, we opted to pay an extra 400,000 VND per person round trip for a limousine. I hope they can be clearer on this in the future.

Sehr entspannende und luxuriöse Tour. Der Transport von Hanoi erfolgt in einer 9-sitzigen Limousine und die Sitze sind bequem. Das Boot ist eines der besten in der Halong Bucht. Der Service an Bord ist fantastisch und das Essen ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The cruise was fun and scenery was beautiful. We finally saw the sunrise on the bay because it was raining and cloudy since we landed in Hanoi. The activities from visiting dark and bright cave excursion, kayaking, squid fishing, cooking lesson, drone videos, and karaoke after dinner show were fun experiences. Food service was excellent and delicious tasting. Crew were friendly and informative. We celebrated our father’s birthday 🎂 too! The bedding were spotless and comfortable. I would recommend this cruise to my family and friends. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

集合場所にあたる船の停泊場所が船によって違うことを知らせたうえで、位置を地図などを使い分かりやすく知らせて欲しかった。港しか書いて無かったため、危うく乗り遅れるところだった
