God bless the influencer who recommended this cruise. It exceeded all expectations: most importantly, an amazing brand-new ship, great dining and a well-balanced itinerary. You have the opportunity to be entertained at any moment, and at the same time, you can choose to relax without FOMO. Staff demonstrate a really high level of training and professionalism. Should I explain how cool the bathtub with a panoramic view is? Bay itself is stunning. Waterslide, drone photos and a special photo deck are thoughtful additions.
J'ai vécu la meilleure expérience de petite croisière en une journée. Le personnel est extraordinaire, attentif à la nourriture, à vos préférences et aux activités. Ils ont été exceptionnels. Je recommande vivement à tout le monde de réserver cette croisière les yeux fermés.
This is the second time I am here. The hotel transfer was on time, and the tour guide provided a nice and good explanation. The cruise is clean, nice, comfortable, and served us well, even though there were only twelve people on board. The food was delicious. Compared to my first trip in November 2018, this one-day tour is more worthwhile, with all inclusions and no extra charges.

We liked the trip. If you want more activities and a busy trip, choose another one! But we wanted to have a relaxing day on the cruise, so it was perfect for us (family)! They called this luxury, but I don't really think it's LUXURY. It's okay quality. So don't expect too much! We were 13 people in our group, so it perfectly fit with sunbeds and seats, but more than 20 might not be so relaxing to find a spot, I think. Food was OK (but the shrimps were not that fresh), and we loved no loud music and no full schedule. If you are looking for a relaxing trip, this is the one. Our guide (Lan) did a great job! We planned to stay 2 more nights in Halong and booked Vinpearl Halong, but the port we disembarked at was really far from that area. If you made a reservation with Vinpearl, you'd better book another trip. We paid 30 dollars for a taxi to get to Vinpearl. Lan made a reservation for a taxi for us. It was very helpful, but she said the taxi driver had a meter, but the driver did not have one, and we figured this out after the taxi started. We were very scared and felt very bad. So we don't know if 30 dollars was the right price or not. I hope she should have checked more carefully. Those were a little bit scary moments because the taxi driver couldn't speak English at all, and we had a hard time fixing the price.

Friendly and attentive staff onboard. Crew was well organized and make you feel very welcome onboard. Room was clean. Food onboard was great as well. Booking was managed by Dolphin from SST travel. Great in follow ups to ensure that everything is in order.

The team arranging the tour and transport was very thoughtful and meticulous. We had a great stay. The room on Capella was very spacious and beautiful!
