The itinerary was great i enjoyed all the places we went to and our tour guide hoang was also great. I learned a lot from him and he made the tour very interesting with the facts he told. Would recommend to anyone visiting vietnam to go to dong hoi and take this tour.

Due to a communication mix-up, we were only told the exact pickup time around 10:00 PM the night before, but everything went smoothly after that. It was very convenient to be able to leave our luggage in the car during the tour. Bottled water is also provided. Our guide, Jesica, was friendly and very approachable. She eagerly takes photos for you, so be sure to ask her! It seems that depending on the season, the water level can sometimes be too high to enter the cave, so you might need to check in advance, especially during the rainy season. Also, be aware that Paradise Cave involves about 4 km of walking round trip, including a mini-climb with elevation changes!

I had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Mr Long! Our ride was smooth and driver was very accommodating. Mr Long was very informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire tour. The weather was quite rainy, but he still made sure we were comfortable and helped us navigate around safely. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His effort really made the experience enjoyable despite the rain. Thank you so much for making our tour memorable! Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience on the Erina Cruise, which we booked for our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized, and the hospitality from the cruise staff was excellent.
A special mention to Link, who warmly welcomed us and took great care of us throughout our journey. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The cruise team also arranged a birthday cake for my wife, which made her birthday celebration on board very special and memorable.
As pure vegetarians, we felt that the vegetarian food options could have been a little more varied, but overall, everything else was excellent.
A big thank you to the entire team, and especially Link, for making our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday so special!

Tuyen our guide is an absolute Superstar. she had the challenge of providing information in English and Vietnamese as our group had a 50/50 split. She gave lots of good info and made sure no one in the group got left behind. The value for the price we paid was quite reasonable considering it was transportation both ways and a very nice 7-8 course authentic Vietnamese family style lunch. note about the Paradise Cave tour: it’s A LOT of stairs to get up to the cave entrance. then once in the cave it’s a lot of steps down then back up. the large boats for Phong Nha c Cave were covered so no real need for hats or sunscreen thankfully. THANK YOU TUYEN for such a great tour!!!

The cruise was fun and scenery was beautiful. We finally saw the sunrise on the bay because it was raining and cloudy since we landed in Hanoi. The activities from visiting dark and bright cave excursion, kayaking, squid fishing, cooking lesson, drone videos, and karaoke after dinner show were fun experiences. Food service was excellent and delicious tasting. Crew were friendly and informative. We celebrated our father’s birthday 🎂 too! The bedding were spotless and comfortable. I would recommend this cruise to my family and friends. Thanks for the wonderful memories.
