Jenny fue una guía turística excelente, nos dio descripciones muy claras de los lugares que vimos y su sonrisa fue muy amable. Nos divertimos mucho, con mucho que ver y disfrutar, comimos mucho, porque cada lugar tenía una comida o postre único. Disfrutamos nuestro viaje :)

Es ist eine wunderschöne Tour, verstehen Sie mich nicht falsch. Aber haben Sie klare Erwartungen an das, was Sie sehen werden. Wenn Sie Japan bereist haben, wird es nichts Neues für Sie zu sehen geben. Ich würde dies nicht ganz oben auf meine Liste für einen Besuch in Sapporo setzen. I took the trip with hide cai. I liked the pace and the sites were what I wanted to see. The tour guide spoke English well and was able to provide valuable information about the sites that we visited. The weather also cooperated today and we did not encounter any rain.

We loved our Hokkaido Mount Yotei tour! The hotel pick-up and drop-off made everything so easy, and the small group size kept it relaxing. Our guide, Wei, was right on time and a very safe driver, so we felt totally comfortable the whole day. The schedule wasn't rushed at all, giving us plenty of time to sit back and enjoy each stop. Highly recommend Wei and this tour!

Tour guide Brian introduced the attractions in great detail, and I think the itinerary was also very well arranged. It wasn't too packed, but there was still plenty of time for photos, which was fantastic 👍👍. I think combining independent travel with Klook itineraries—booking day tours for places that are farther away—is a wonderful idea.

Catherine was an amazing guide for our full-day Hokkaido tour. We started at Noboribetsu Hell Valley, an incredible up-close look at the Earth's geothermal activity, then Cape Chikyu for a stunning 270-degree panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, followed by a wonderful scallop set lunch with steamed kamameshi. We continued to Usuzan Ropeway for panoramic views of Lake Toya and the volcano, Showa Shinzan to see the volcano up close, and bear feeding at the Bear Ranch. We wrapped up at Lake Toya Observation Deck, a beautiful spot overlooking the volcanic hot spring lake. I joined this tour solo, and our group was small, just 6 of us total, making it a really personal experience. Catherine's enthusiasm and knowledge stood out at every stop, and she's multilingual too, fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Japanese. Special thanks also to our driver, Iwabuji-san, for driving us safely all day. Highly recommend this tour if you get Catherine and Iwabuji-san!

Our guide, Alex, was great and helped to take photos of many of us. He also shared bits and pieces of information about the attractions we went to in English and Chinese. The timings allocated for each attraction was also just nice. For those without transport, this was worth the money.

I recently took this one-day tour to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, and it was absolutely worth the money. It is a very well-paced itinerary that allowed us to see several of Hokkaido’s most beautiful natural landmarks within a single day without feeling overly rushed. Our guide, Xixi, was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. Not only did she provide great commentary on the sights we visited, but she also shared a wealth of "insider" recommendations for other locations to visit in Hokkaido and pointed us toward the "best in category" restaurants for local food.
