Our guide, Zhou Yanfeng, was absolutely fantastic! He took us to the hidden gem of Oyunuma in Hell Valley (large buses can't access it, so our 9-seater minivan was much more flexible). The entire journey was driven very smoothly, allowing us to sleep comfortably 🤣. At each attraction, he introduced us to its unique features. We also thoroughly enjoyed the last hour and a half in Otaru, which felt like ample time. We covered a total of 350 kilometers, circling the entire southern part of Sapporo. Thank you, guide! I highly recommend this tour; overall, both the natural scenery of the national park and strolling along the Otaru Canal were wonderful!

We were incredibly lucky to have tour guide Hikaru Huang again on this Hokkaido trip, and the overall experience truly exceeded our expectations! From the initial meeting to the end of the day's itinerary, Hikaru was exceptionally professional and attentive. He managed time perfectly, ensuring a smooth and unhurried schedule while still hitting all the key attractions, making sure no time was wasted. We also loved his recommendations for local delicacies, such as yogurt and ice cream, which were all memorable and absolutely hit the spot! The overall atmosphere was very relaxed, with no pressure, and he thoughtfully pointed out photo opportunities and free time. At the end of the tour, he even recommended a local yakiniku restaurant, which was absolutely delicious 👍🏻. This wasn't just a sightseeing trip; it felt more like a journey where we were wonderfully taken care of. If we visit Hokkaido again in the future, we will definitely choose Hikaru Huang again and recommend him to our friends!

We joined a Klook day tour on June 18th, led by tour guide Liu, a professional and charming lady. The bus was full with 45 people that day, and Ms. Liu only had a folding chair seat next to the front steps (to the driver's left), which was difficult and tiring for her. Ms. Liu is fluent in both Chinese and Japanese, articulate, and provides excellent service – truly outstanding. We loved this tour; it had many attractions, was well-paced, and didn't waste any time. We highly recommend it to everyone.

This was the second time we had Kevin as our tour guide this trip! My mom and I had a fabulous time seeing all these sights for today’s journey which felt organized, timely, and full of much knowledge! We had issues with 2 of our tour buses but he was able to transition us easily and smoothly into our current bus which made us feel safe! Overall I think the itinerary was well planned and included many different sightseeing spots in Hokkaido! We especially enjoyed Hell Valley which had interesting views of the volcanic crater and had delicious milk pie at Lake Hill Farm! Kevin was a joy to have as our tour guide and provided a lot of good information about the sightseeing spots, recommendations for food, and tips/advice! We would definitely book this tour again and highly recommend it to friends who are visiting!

This itinerary was really well-planned! We visited several attractions in one day, including Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, which I really wanted to see. Even though it rained a little, it didn't detract from the beautiful scenery! Our tour guide, the lively and lovely Lisa, introduced us to the scenery and local customs along the way, recommended many delicious foods and fun activities, and even helped everyone take photos. She was incredibly thoughtful, thank you so much.

I am very satisfied with this trip; the timing was just right. Our guide, Tom, was very gentle and considerate, providing detailed explanations of the attractions along the way, and the transportation was smooth. We are very lucky to have met such a wonderful guide. Five-star rating!
