Excursão de um dia ao Festival de Ondas de Gelo do Lago Shikotsu, Lago Toya, Vale do Inferno de Noboribetsu e Snow World Toya

This tour was truly unforgettable. What made the experience even more special was our tour guide, Mr. Andy. One of my favorite moments was when I hesitated to try the snowmobile. I wasn’t confident at first, but he encouraged me and jokingly said that once I tried it, I would end up like a pro. And surprisingly, he was right! His encouragement helped me step out of my comfort zone, and by the end of the ride, I felt so much more confident. This tour is a must-try, and all of the attractions are absolutely worth it.

My tour guide was Serina, who was very kind and gave us ample time at each attraction. She also recommended good shopping and food options, and helped us take photos at every spot. She also replied to my DM the day before. Lake Toya was beautiful, but unfortunately, it was snowing today, so we couldn't see the reflection of Mount Yotei. However, the serene snowy landscape was also very beautiful. We received a 5% discount coupon at the Lake Toya observation deck. The optional snowmobile ride was super fun, and the sky was blue when we rode, making the scenery incredibly beautiful. Remember to protect yourself from the sun and wind while riding. Although 15,000 yen is quite expensive, the guide said we could ride for an hour here, while other places only offer half an hour, so it's not too bad when you think about it that way. If you don't participate in the optional activity, you can wait for everyone in the snack hut. Finally, the main event, the Ice Festival, was absolutely stunning. With the sunset and evening glow, it was the best time to visit. However, staying for only an hour was just enough for taking photos. You must queue up to go to the ice castle at the very back to get a full view of the venue. There were also ice-made igloos selling snacks at the Ice Festival venue, where you could buy marshmallows to roast. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to buy any.

We enjoyed this trip, our tourist guide gave us information every time we reached the place, it’s approachable. The snow world festival was amazing! The tourist guide shared with us the famous food in Hokkaido, history, etc. Thank you, Eric, for this wonderful trip. I love Hokkaido.

highly recommended.. esp. in snow festival season. all activities are instagramable. we enjoyed the snow mobile with the amazing view of Lake Toya.. Ice festival is also must visit.

I was looking for a Sapporo tour that included Jigokudani (Hell Valley) and Lake Shikotsu, and I ended up booking this tour which didn't offer Korean language support. However, our guide, Leo, spoke excellent English, so understanding the itinerary wasn't a problem. The optional 20,000 yen experience in the middle of the tour isn't mandatory; instead, there are free sled rentals and a small rest area, so it's perfectly fine to wait there at your leisure.
