Coisas para fazer em Noboribetsu Bear Park

Our guide, Zhou Yanfeng, was absolutely fantastic! He took us to the hidden gem of Oyunuma in Hell Valley (large buses can't access it, so our 9-seater minivan was much more flexible). The entire journey was driven very smoothly, allowing us to sleep comfortably 🤣. At each attraction, he introduced us to its unique features. We also thoroughly enjoyed the last hour and a half in Otaru, which felt like ample time. We covered a total of 350 kilometers, circling the entire southern part of Sapporo. Thank you, guide! I highly recommend this tour; overall, both the natural scenery of the national park and strolling along the Otaru Canal were wonderful!

這次北海道行程非常幸運再次遇到導遊 Hikaru 黃，整體體驗真的超出預期！ 從一開始集合到整天行程結束，Hikaru 都非常專業且細心，時間掌控得很好，行程安排順暢不趕，卻又能玩到重點景點，完全不浪費時間。 另外也很喜歡他推薦的在地美食，像是酸奶、冰淇淋等，都讓人印象深刻，完全踩不到雷！整體氛圍也很輕鬆，不會有壓力，還會適時提醒拍照點跟自由活動時間，非常貼心。結束行程的時候還推薦我們在地的燒肉，真的超好吃👍🏻 這次不只是一次觀光行程，更像是一趟被好好照顧的旅行。如果之後再來北海道，一定會再選擇 Hikaru 黃，也會推薦給身邊朋友！

Had an amazing time with Eric and the tour. Timing was sufficient to cover for all the locations. Eric is clear with his instructions and gave very good food recommendations at all our locations.

618參加klook一日遊，我們的行程由柳導帶領，是位專業魅力十足的女士。當天全車滿45人，柳導只剩下最前面階梯旁的摺疊椅座位（在司機左邊）為難她也辛苦她了。柳導精通雙語中日解說，能言善道，服務週到，太優秀了。我們喜歡這個行程，景點很多時間緊湊不浪費，推薦給大家。

This was the second time we had Kevin as our tour guide this trip! My mom and I had a fabulous time seeing all these sights for today’s journey which felt organized, timely, and full of much knowledge! We had issues with 2 of our tour buses but he was able to transition us easily and smoothly into our current bus which made us feel safe! Overall I think the itinerary was well planned and included many different sightseeing spots in Hokkaido! We especially enjoyed Hell Valley which had interesting views of the volcanic crater and had delicious milk pie at Lake Hill Farm! Kevin was a joy to have as our tour guide and provided a lot of good information about the sightseeing spots, recommendations for food, and tips/advice! We would definitely book this tour again and highly recommend it to friends who are visiting!

这个行程安排的真的很不错！一天去了好几个景点，最想去的洞爷湖，支芴湖等等，都去到了，虽然下了小雨，但不影响风景非常漂亮！我们的导游是活泼可爱的lisa妹妹，一路给我们介绍风景和风土人情，帮我们介绍很多好吃的好玩的，还帮我们大家都拍了照片，特别周到，太感谢了。
