I had a wonderful experience on this trip, and our guide Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the entire journey. She explained the different places we visited clearly and made the trip enjoyable and comfortable. I also really appreciated that Jenny recommended some great restaurants for us to try after the tour ended. It was such a thoughtful and helpful recommendation, and I had a great time exploring them. I recently took this one-day tour to Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, and it was absolutely worth the money. It is a very well-paced itinerary that allowed us to see several of Hokkaido’s most beautiful natural landmarks within a single day without feeling overly rushed. Our guide, Xixi, was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make the trip memorable. Not only did she provide great commentary on the sights we visited, but she also shared a wealth of "insider" recommendations for other locations to visit in Hokkaido and pointed us toward the "best in category" restaurants for local food.

Our guide Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of local stories, which was much better than reading articles about Hokkaido's history and culture. I wish we could have had 30 more minutes in Otaru to take a slow stroll and soak in the beautiful town.

An absolute great experience. Our guide Lee was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly organized and helpful, reaching out the day before to confirm our meetup spot and helping to arrange seat for us to ensure we have a comfortable trip. We enjoyed the must try food recommendations at all the places. It was an action packed day and quite tiring but worth it!

This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Xiao Hong, was very polite and thoughtful, introducing us to Hokkaido's unique features, explaining each attraction and special limited-edition items. She also thoughtfully reminded us of things to pay attention to. At the same time, another guide, HK Kelvin, provided heartwarming explanations in Cantonese and even helped everyone take photos with a professional camera. He patiently discussed the characteristics and usage tips for skincare products with us. We truly had a very happy day.

素晴らしい日帰り旅行でした。安田さんはフレンドリーで、礼儀正しく、時間厳守でした。車は清潔で快適、広々としており、折りたたみ式の椅子を使えば最大23名まで乗車可能でした。 私たちは運転手サービスのみを予約しましたが、安田さんは観光スポットで役立つ案内やおすすめを親切に教えてくれました。プライベートツアーなので、スケジュールはカスタマイズ可能です。強くお勧めします。

That was the highlight of my trip to Japan. Our guide Tetsu was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The hotels we stayed at were amazing. The itinerary was well thought out, and every single spot was breathtaking.

I chose this tour because there weren't many options with a Korean-speaking guide for this particular route. I also liked the late start, which allowed for a relaxed morning. Ultimately, I was very satisfied. The tour was led by two guides, one Korean-speaking and one English-speaking. Our Korean-speaking guide, Sei, was particularly excellent, sharing interesting folklore and historical stories related to each spot, which made the travel enjoyable and never boring. I also appreciated her proactive efforts to take photos for us! If I visit Japan again, I would definitely like to use Tour Story!
