Jenny was a very great tour guide, she gave really clear descriptions of the places we saw and her smile was very kind. We had fun, with a lot to see and enjoy, we ate a lot, because every single spot had an unique food or dessert. We enjoyed our trip :)

I had a wonderful experience on this trip, and our guide Jenny was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly, helpful, and informative throughout the entire journey. She explained the different places we visited clearly and made the trip enjoyable and comfortable. I also really appreciated that Jenny recommended some great restaurants for us to try after the tour ended. It was such a thoughtful and helpful recommendation, and I had a great time exploring them. Recentemente, fiz este passeio de um dia aos lagos Toya e Shikotsu, e valeu absolutamente o dinheiro. É um itinerário muito bem planeado que nos permitiu ver vários dos mais belos marcos naturais de Hokkaido num único dia, sem nos sentirmos excessivamente apressados. A nossa guia, Xixi, foi fantástica. Ela era incrivelmente conhecedora e fez de tudo para tornar a viagem memorável. Não só forneceu excelentes comentários sobre os locais que visitámos, como também partilhou uma riqueza de recomendações "privilegiadas" para outros locais a visitar em Hokkaido e nos indicou os restaurantes "melhores na categoria" para comida local.

Our guide Allen was very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared a lot of local stories & that’s so much better than reading articlesssss about Hokkaido history & culture. Wish we can have 30mins more at Otaru to take a slow stroll to soak in the beautiful town.

An absolute great experience. Our guide Lee was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly organized and helpful, reaching out the day before to confirm our meetup spot and helping to arrange seat for us to ensure we have a comfortable trip. We enjoyed the must try food recommendations at all the places. It was an action packed day and quite tiring but worth it!

This was a wonderful experience. Our tour guide, Xiao Hong, was very polite and thoughtful. She introduced us to Hokkaido's unique characteristics, explained each attraction, and highlighted special limited-edition items. She also thoughtfully reminded us of things to pay attention to. Additionally, we had another guide, HK Kelvin, who provided heartwarming explanations in Cantonese and even helped everyone take photos with a professional camera. He patiently discussed the features and usage tips for skincare products with us. We truly had a very enjoyable day.

Great day trip with Ms Yasuda. She was friendly, polite, and punctual. The car was clean, comfortable, and spacious, fitting up to 23 passengers with foldable chairs. We booked driver service only, but Ms Yasuda kindly shared useful guidance and recommendations at the attractions. Private tour, so schedules are customisable. Highly recommended.

Esse foi o ponto alto da minha viagem ao Japão. Nosso guia Tetsu foi muito prestativo, simpático e experiente. Os hotéis em que ficamos eram incríveis. O itinerário é bem planejado, cada local é deslumbrante.

I chose this tour because there weren't many options with a Korean-speaking guide for this particular route. I also liked the late start, which allowed for a relaxed morning. Ultimately, I was very satisfied. The tour was led by two guides, one Korean-speaking and one English-speaking. Our Korean-speaking guide, Sei, was particularly excellent, sharing interesting folklore and historical stories related to each spot, which made the travel enjoyable and never boring. I also appreciated her proactive efforts to take photos for us! If I visit Japan again, I would definitely like to use Tour Story!
