my guide, Rii, was very informative and thoughtful. She can converse in english and mandarin. We were provided a 13 seater van for 6 random people. She catered the front seats for my injured leg so that it was easier for me. She took initiative to snap photos for us. Though the travel time at each stop is fairly short, thankfully it was not crowd season, so still able to cover most of each stop. Through the trip, we were given insights of hokkaido history and details of every site. A little sad that i couldnt cover oyunuma pond since i cant climb the hill at noboribetsu. I enjoyed the Bocca yogurt at lake toya and Guarana(Hokkaido's coca cola) recommended by Rii. The baby brown bears were super cute at the bear ranch. For otaru, there was no time for buying famous sweets (letao, rokkusei, ryugetsu) due to the crowd (but all these brands can be found in sapporo station). Covered Otaru canal, kitachi glass, music box museum, miffy port town(specially designed items for otaru only)

It was a trip where I truly experienced the magnificent nature of Hokkaido! Our guide, Hikaru, provided detailed explanations and even shared some funny jokes, making sure there was never a dull moment. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable trip!

it’s a beautiful tour, don’t get me wrong. but have clear expectations to what you’re going to see, if you have travelled Japan, there will be nothing new for you to see. I wouldn’t put this as top of my list for visiting Sapporo. Tour guide was great and I have no complaints about organization or tour company.

Oppaamme Allen oli erittäin avulias ja asiantunteva. Hän jakoi paljon paikallisia tarinoita, mikä on paljon parempaa kuin lukea artikkeleita Hokkaidon historiasta ja kulttuurista. Toivoisimme, että meillä olisi ollut 30 minuuttia enemmän aikaa Otarussa rauhalliseen kävelyyn ja kauniin kaupungin tunnelman imemiseen.

What a fantastic experience! The bears raising their paws for food were just too adorable! This time, I pre-booked my tickets for the Noboribetsu Bear Park directly on Klook, and exchanging the mobile voucher for tickets at the entrance was incredibly smooth! Every brown bear at the park has a special talent; when they see visitors with food, they'll wave, beg, and even strike various funny poses. They're truly captivating! Plus, the indoor exhibition area is very well-equipped, allowing you to watch the bears climb and play. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the itinerary, and I'll definitely recommend that my friends and family buy their tickets on Klook first when they visit next time!

Nautin tästä retkestä ja suosittelen sitä lämpimästi, jos haluat tutustua Sapporon eri alueisiin/paikkoihin. Nautin tästä paljon enemmän kuin eilisestä koko päivän kirsikankukkaretkestä. Oppaamme Xixi oli myös asiantunteva alueesta ja arvostan sitä, että hän korosti aikaa palata bussiimme. Hän otti minusta myös hyviä kuvia. Sää oli myös mukava, mikä lisäsi retken onnistumista. I chose this tour because there weren't many options with a Korean-speaking guide for this particular route. I also liked the late start, which allowed for a relaxed morning. Ultimately, I was very satisfied. The tour was led by two guides, one Korean-speaking and one English-speaking. Our Korean-speaking guide, Sei, was particularly excellent, sharing interesting folklore and historical stories related to each spot, which made the travel enjoyable and never boring. I also appreciated her proactive efforts to take photos for us! If I visit Japan again, I would definitely like to use Tour Story!

Buying tickets online is really convenient. You just scan the QR code to enter. We happened to visit when a kindergarten class was on a field trip, and the animal show was full of joy, with everyone immersed in the experience. Klook is super convenient for buying both tickets and package tours.👍

just one bus from shopping street. the shows are all very good and the whole place is amazing
