I should've chosen the other package 😅 or better yet, called the massage shop directly because the Klook massages are limited 😬 Also, the therapist I got wasn't very good. I got bruises from too much pressure even though I asked for a soft massage only 😩 and the massages weren't relaxing at all, it felt like she was in a hurry 😬 But I still gave a tip. I will still go back here though 💗

Tôi được mời trà. Chúng tôi được đưa lên phòng massage và gội đầu. Massage rất tuyệt vời!!! Bạn có thể yêu cầu chuyên viên trị liệu nếu bạn muốn massage vừa phải/mạnh/hoặc nhẹ. Ngoài ra, có một lựa chọn nếu bạn muốn chăm sóc da mặt trong khi gội đầu. Tôi đã chọn không làm vì tôi đang trang điểm. Gội đầu rất thư giãn và làm tóc của chúng tôi siêu mềm và bóng mượt!!! Tôi rất thích nó!!! Ngat là chuyên viên trị liệu của tôi và cô ấy rất giỏi ❤️

It's right next to St. Joseph's Cathedral in Hanoi, so it was easy to find and I got there without getting lost! It's a very clean spa, and all the staff were incredibly kind, so even though I don't speak much English, I felt completely at ease during my treatment. The therapist's skill was 100 out of 100! It was so relaxing that I fell asleep and woke up startled by my own loud snoring (lol). At the end, I even received an eye pillow as a souvenir! It's truly a wonderful spa and an oasis in Hanoi! I highly recommend visiting!!!

A wonderful experience and feeling. I'm so glad I chose this spa. The masseuse's technique was delicate, yet precise and powerful, hitting every pressure point on my body, fully relieving my aches, pains, and fatigue. This time I experienced the herbal massage, which is a bit different from how it's done in Bangkok. In Bangkok, they use herbal compresses for pressing, while in Vietnam, they use herbs for pressing and kneading. I prefer the Vietnamese method. After the spa, a meal was included. We had to walk a short distance to another spa for dining. Although it was a complimentary lunch, it felt very high-end (please see photos). Overall, I highly recommend this spa. If you're still hesitating about which spa to choose, this is the one.

This booking is one of a kind. They accepted my booking right away, and I didn't have to make a reservation days in advance. I really appreciate how accommodating they are. The massage was also really good; it was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. Kudos to LUONG and YEN for providing service that was way beyond what I expected.
